Missouri's Journey through the Multiverse (revamp)

RWBY V6 E1: Welcome Back

General POV

Other Alex had been hanging around and interacting with the others for about a week and stirring quite a few of the girls the wrong way. Yamato, Hipper, and especially Missy all seem to have a problem with him for some reason. Currently Missouri and Yamato were nuzzling each other and enjoying each other's company when Alex and other Alex appeared around the corner.

Missouri: "Hey there Montana, Alex; what's up?" he asked.

Alex(Gamer): "Doin good, just have a few hours to burn before I leave back for my universe." he said, before putting a hand to his chin, "Though I got to thinking, I think I know a way to bring you, Yamato, and one of the others to kansen form." 

Missouri perked up at this. 

Missouri: "Really?" he asked, to which Alex nodded, "Well, hit it then!"

Yamato: "EH?!" she exclaimed in surprise. 

Before Missouri or Yamato could say anything else Other Alex pulled out a blood red wisdom cube. Missouri and Yamato started hissing at the cube which was basically their version of Kryptonite. Alex then started chanting, causing both battleships to slowly float into the air glowing bright red. A brilliant flash of light later and they were both in their human forms. 

As soon as Missouri felt his arms and legs he shot towards Yamato, who was still in shock, and gave her a hug. The other ships in harbor crowded around the 2.

En (CVN-80): "Holy shit dad!" she exclaimed. 

Nathan James: "How does being human feel?" he asked. 

Arleigh Burke: "Do you get hurt more easily as a man than as a ship?" he asked next. 

Ticonderoga: "Do your joints ache when you move?" she asked. 

Chandler: "Hey hey, one at a time." he said, coming in to check on the group, "Give them some space." 

Missouri: "Thank you sir." he said, "I think we're gonna be hopping universes soon." 

Chandler nodded.

Chandler: "Arrangements have all been made, you'll be taking SSN-780, CVN-80, BB-61, BB-64, and DDG-151 with you." he said, "In fact I shall personally accompany you on your mission with my crew and a team of marines aboard Nathan." 

Missouri nodded back at his commanding officer as he went back, presumably to say goodbye to his family for now. 

Missy: "DADDY!!" she yelled, surfacing and tackling Missouri in a hug.

Missouri yelped as Missy, now a young girl who bore a striking resemblance to him, collided with his body. 

Missouri: "Missy?!" he exclaimed, "How on- no, nevermind, I know exactly how this happened."

The fleet all turned to Gamer Alex who was slowly disappearing. He gave a small wave before he disappeared completely, going back to his universe. 

The next day the Task Force set out, ready to make the jump. 

Tester: "Alright, coordinates are punched in...prepare for jump." she announced over the radio.

The crew in Nathan's bridge crouched down as Missouri's bridge glowed a bright blue, a massive sphere of bright blue expanding from that specific point and engulfing the entire fleet, allowing them to jump universes once again.
