Happiness doesn't last does it?

Zayn's P.O.V

I knew Niall was singing at me, but I never knew he could sing like that, I mouthed something at him but I guess he missed it.

I sighed and cheered for him louder than anyone else, then the head teacher, Mrs Fields, came up on stage and smiled,

''Well done, everyone who entered this competition and performed at their very best, but as you all know there can only be one winner.''

Someone else came onto the stage and handed her a silver envelope, she thanked them and opened it up.

I glanced over at Niall and saw Zach holding on to him, I grinded my teeth together but then told myself to stop it.

''THE WINNER IS......... MR NIALL HORAN AND ZACHARY MALIK!!''

I cheered loudly along with Liam, Zach and Niall looked ecstatic, I'm so proud of my little Nialler.

Mrs Fields handed them two vouchers for Nandos and certificates, congratulating them, on how brilliantly they sang.

Zach's P.O.V

YYYYYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEESSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE WON!

I knew we would win, wee Nialler's face when he got handed the Nandos voucher, was too funny it was priceless, Nandos is his favourite restaurant.

''Nialler?''

''Yes Zacheyyy,'' he said in a sing song voice,

''Wanna go to Nandos with me?'' I asked.

''Why of course I shall,'' I laughed at the way he said it and took his hand, pulling him out of school,

''Let's go then.''

Niall's PO.V

We sat in a corner seat at Nandos, I scanned the list and picked,

''Peri, Peri chicken please,'' I told the waiter, smiling at him ,

''Same for me,'' Zach smirked.

When Zach smirks it really irks me but when Zayn does it, I get butterflies, is that weird? Yeah it probably is, anyway Zayn has no interest in me, I should just stop thinking about him.

''So Niall, you like Nandos?'' What kind of idiotic question is that, if anyone who knew me very well asked that I would seriously give them a serious slap on the face.

''NO, I LOVE IT!'' I accidentally shouted, oops.

Zach just laughed, and I smiled.

Then our food came and we ate in comfortable silence, which was good because I like to concentrate eating my food.

When we were done we handed them the vouchers and left hand in hand.

Zach brought his mouth of to my ear,

''I want to take you somewhere,'' he whispered, sending shivers down my spine, I nodded my head and let him drag me to wherever we were going.

We ended up in a beautiful forest, it felt so colourful and magical, I felt so calm here, I leaned my head on Zach's shoulders.

He looked down at me, grinning, he gently lifted my chin up towards him and brought his lips to mine.

Okay, I don't know how to put this but it was the most horrible kiss ever, I haven't kissed anyone before but I am pretty sure a kiss isn't meant to feel, rough, and sloppy but I let him I didn't pull away.

I had to forget about Zayn and this could be a way to do it.

Zach's P.O.V

I smirked to myself, once I ask him out, I will be able to get him to have sex with me, a spark filled inside of me, I frowned and ignored it.

We pulled apart and I smiled warmly at Niall, I had to be careful in case he thought I was using him, which I was but he can't know that.

My phone buzzed and I saw it was text from Zayn I rolled my eyes when I saw it,

WHERE THE HELL DID YOU TAKE HIM YOU IDIOT?!-ZAY

I stood up and offered my hand to Niall, who took it and we walked out of the forest in a beautiful silence.

Zayn's P.O.V

I am getting sick of my fucking idiotic brother, he can't just pull him out of school and not tell me where he was going, my mom was worried sick when I said that I didn't know where he was.

I swear when he gets him he is fucking dead.

When the door opened and Zach came in, I grabbed him by the collar,

''Where the hell where you?! Mom was worried sick!'' I yelled at him and saw Niall cowering behind him,

''I'm so sorry Mrs Malik,'' I heard him say, she went over to Niall and higged him,

''Don't worry honey, it wasn't your fault, it was my irresponsible sons fault,'' she said glaring at him, I let go of his collars and began to laugh.

''I'm going out with a few friends, will you three be okay here?'' My mom asked, and we all nodded, she sighed and thanked us for being reasonable about her going out.

When she left Zach was smirking , he pulled Niall against him and began snogging him in front of me.

I couldn't take it, I yanked him off Niall and punched him in the jaw,

Zach was smirking again and I just got even more pissed off,

''Right okay, I'm away out, you can both go and have fucking sex if you want I couldn't give a shit!!'' I shouted and slammed the door shut.

Niall's P.O.V

My jaw was dropped right to the ground, what the hell was that about? Zach looked slightly appalled but soon began to laugh,

''He's just jealous, that he has nobody to go out with, like I've got you babe,'' he said winking at me, causing me to blush.

When he started snogging me, it was the most horrible thing ever, he didn't mean it, he just did it because Zayn was there.

I shook my head and told him that I'm away to bed, he shouted up the stairs to me,

''LOVE YA BABE!'' I rolled my eyes, I am going to have a word with him tomorrow.
