After a few minutes of being in the Novels section, Peggy just had to rush to the children's Book section, looking around while John followed. "Children's, really?" He said with a small chuckle, Peggy looked back at him and nodded quickly. "Yes!!! Absolutely, I love looking around here!" She said and smiled while picking up a book, Paddington. "I used to love these books as a kid!" She showed John while chuckling a bit. "My mom would read them to me every night." She looked through the book while John nodded, "Aww! So cute, baby Peggy.." He said and nodded while Peggy giggled, they both kept looking around while John started to intertwine their fingers. Peggy started blushing, "Oh!" She mumbled to herself while she then laid her head onto John's shoulder. John blushed a bit, "Ready to go? We should go catch some dinner.. I already reserved us a table at this nice place." He said while Peggy nodded. "Of course!" She picked her head up while John chuckled a bit. "Alright, lets go, sunshine." He said and rubbed her head while Peggy blushed a ton. She nodded and they went to the checkout place, waiting in the very short line. John smiled at Peggy while still holding her hand, they then checked out. John paying for the books they got, then they left, it had started raining. Peggy looked up while grabbing her umbrella out of her bag and zipping up her hoodie, and putting the hood up. "Alright- Where to!" She said while putting the umbrella up and waiting for John. John looked at his phone, "This place called Meow Parlour." He said and started walking with her, Peggy nodded while walking with John, holding his hand while John held the umbrella. Peggy got all happy at the words, "Meow Parlour" She smiled and clapped her hands, "Ooh! Cat themed café!" She said and kept walking with him.
Once they got there, they took their seats. Peggy sat in front of John while looking around. "Cat café.." She said and gasped while a cat brushed up against her leg, she started smiling while petting the cat, she chuckled a bit and looked at the menu, "The food looks so good!!" She said and looked at everything, "There's cats here everywhere!" She said and took a small photo, John nodded, "I knew you liked cats, and things like this.. So I figured we could go here." He said while looking around and chuckling a bit. "Everything looks so good!" He said and kept looking, soon a waiter came up and took their orders.
Great, everything was going well. Then, John just had to confess, that shouldn't be hard!
