It had probably been a week since Blake and Asher returned from their mission. Blake still hadn't shown any signs of a new power. It was frustrating her but she refused to tell the other avengers. It was classified information so she just kept it to herself. Everyone could tell something was getting her down but Asher would give them the eye every time someone asked. They all just assumed it was her time of the month. It was actually from her lack of sleep and therefore lack of concentration. Blake was mostly spending time cuddled up with Asher because she was feeling sick even though she wasn't. Nerves don't normally get her but it was the fear of the unknown that made her anxious.

Blake and Asher were watching a movie in Ashers bed on his cell phone together when she fell asleep. It was the first time in a while. Asher turned off the movie and the lights then cuddled close to Blake and went to bed too. Blake had never felt so restless during the night but she felt like she hadn't fell asleep at all.

The next morning she went downstairs and found an energy drink in the fridge. Hopefully that would help her during the day. Blake sat down at the kitchen bar and slumped in her stool as she watched Bucky make himself some toast.

"Blake you really don't seem like your okay. What's wrong?" Bucky asked as he came around the counter and sat next to her with his toast.

"I didn't get any sleep last night." Blake replied as she took a sip of her drink.

"Again?" Bucky asked in slight disbelief.

"Blake you slept like a baby last night. I would know since you were right next to me." Asher said as he came downstairs and into the kitchen. He poured himself a glass of milk and set it on the bar counter then came around and sat down with them.

"It really didn't feel like it." Blake said as she shoved her face in her elbow that was resting on the counter.

"Wait you were in his room last night?" Bucky asked as he started pointing fingers.

"Yes." Blake mumbled, face still in the crook of her elbow.

"We were watching a movie anyway do you think this could be a symptom of terrogenisis?" Asher asked as he rested his hand on her arm.

"It could be I mean It was like my hearing and smell were completely aware of my surroundings and were actively signaling my brain of changes in the temperature or sounds from inside the room." Blake said perking up as the caffeine took affect.

"We need to tell may about this in case we have to go back in." Asher said pulling out his phone.

"Why are we calling peters aunt about whatever your talking about, and what are you even talking about?" Bucky asked.

"It's a shield agent named may and to answer your question, that's classified." Asher answered. Blake also pulled out her phone and began scrolling through her shield contacts.

"Shoot I only have cou- the directors phone number." Blake caught herself.

"Nice save." Asher said as he pressed the phone button and it started ringing.

"Why are you calling fury about this?" Bucky asked yet another question.

"IT'S CLASSIFIED!" Both Asher and Blake shouted in unison at Bucky.

Asher and Blake left the room into a private one and talked with coulson. He told them it was normal and to just let it happen. Just a few weeks earlier he said it was different for everyone so they didn't know how much to believe him but they ended the call.

Blake finished her energy drink and Asher finished his milk then the ran upstairs to Asher's room to work on a project for school the two had missed the beginning of.
