The Captains Daughter

Blake and Asher arrived at school. Asher was a bit fidgety throughout the day and would latch his hand onto Blake's hand whenever he felt uncomfortable. Or whe Brad would walk by and give him wierd looks.

Blake was stoped at her locker when Brad put his hands on her shoulders and she spun around in surprise.

"Oh hi Brad." Blake said.

Asher heard the name and sprung into action remembering what Blake said about him. "Hey back of you scared her."

"No your the one who needs to back off always latching on to her arm every time a dude walks by she doesn't belong to you." Brad said getting up in Asher's face.

"I'm her boyfriend and she's told me about how annoying and pushy you are I'm just trying to help her feel better." Asher retorted.

"Get out of his face Brad." Blake tried to separate them but Brad shoved her away into the lockers.

Brad noticed what he had done and started to come over to her to help her of the floor but with an expression of sheer terror she sprinted down the hallway. "Blake where are you going." Brad asked.

MJ ran after her while the boys neared the end of there argument. She caught up to Blake leaning against a wall hyperventilating. MJ tries to hold her still but she wriggles free and continued to run down another hall. Asher arrived and caught a glimpse of her just before she turned a corner.

"She doesn't usually run." Asher said handing MJ his unlocked cell phone. "Call her dad to pick her up." He said as he began bolting after Blake.

He found Blake again leaning against a locker to catch her breath. He grabbed her shoulders and pressed them against the wall to keep her there.

"Let me go!" She shouted.

"Blake listen to me your safe, it's Asher, know one's here to hurt you. I'm here to keep you safe." Asher said resting his forehead against hers. After a few seconds she stoped trying to wiggle out of his grip.

"Okay." she whispered, out of breath.

Peter Ned and MJ found Blake and Asher and rushed over.

"Steve's on the way." MJ said handing Asher back his phone.

"Is she good?" Ned asked.

"Yea shes getting there. I think she just got startled to much and got a panic attack." Asher answered wrapping his arms around her as she moved closer to him engulfing her in his warmth.

"You aren't actually dating though right?" Ned asked.

Asher shook his head signaling that they weren't together then let go of Blake because his phone vibrated.

"Let's go Steve's outside." Asher said to Blake as he guided her towards the office.

The rest of the group went back to where they were headed as Blake and Asher signed out of the building.

"What happened?" Steve asked as he got out of the car and opened the door to the back seat for them.

"Brad shoved her into a locker on accident and it sort of triggered something and she made a run for it." Asher replied.

"That kids got some nerve." Steve said driving off.

Blake rested her head against the window but Asher moved her head so it was on his shoulder because the car was bouncy.

"Thank you." She whispered to Asher. Instead of responding he just took her hand in his and squeezed it then let it go.
