The Captains Daughter

Blake was in her room a few hours later. She had calmed down and was calibrating some parts for the machine when Jarvis came over the loud speaker in her room.

"Your presence is requested in meeting room three." Jarvis said.

Blake got up and packed her tools so nobody would see what she was doing. She left her bedroom a moment later. Blake knew she would be in trouble if she wasn't there in the next few minutes so she hurried up.

When she arrived in the meeting room a red mist Blake knew all to well, came around her pulling her to the center of the room and into a next to Asher. Wanda used her magic to handcuff her to the chair then she left.

Tony, pepper, Steve, and Nat walked into the room a minute later and sat down in the tableless meeting room before their children.

"You can't just handcuff us to chairs and expect us to not break them." Blake said as she began wiggling her wrists out of the tiny traps.

"Actually your the only one handcuffed to a chair because your the only one who tries to run from your problems." Tony said smartly earning a dirty look from Blake.

"Okay, first of all, lose the attitude. Second, what happened since you got back from your trip with fury?" Steve inquired.

"Yea Neither of you have been acting normal. Especially you." Tony said pointing to Blake.

Blake and Asher exchanged glances telling eachother that they were about to lie to there parents, big time.

"Asher and I found out hydra gave me an additional ability but we don't know how or what I can do." Blake lied.

"That's why we're building that chamber in my lab." Asher added.

"We think I can phase into different states of matter if im unconscious but we aren't sure which ones." Blake said telling the truth this time.

"We didn't want to worry you since you're busy so we decided to take matters into our own hands. No pun intended." Asher said.

"Honey you should have told us. Tony could have helped you." Pepper said to Blake.

"I know but I didn't want to risk Bruce finding out. I'd rather not be put into testing by him again." Blake said dejectedly.

"We won't tell a soul." Nat said comfortingly.

"Just between the six of us." Steve said as he unlocked the handcuffs.

"If you let me have a look at the prints I can start ordering parts." Tony announced to the teens.

"Thanks." Asher said as him and his father left the room.

Pepper and Nat left next leaving Blake in the room alone with her father as he unlocked the handcuffs.

"Make sure you get some more sleep. We don't want you phaseing in school on Monday." He said as he finished with the handcuffs.

"I'll try. Goodnight dad." Blake said as they walked out of the room.

"Night." Steve replied patting his daughter on the head.

Blake went up to her room and changed into her pajamas. She brushed her teeth and hopped into bed hoping she would get better sleep like her dad asked her to.
