The group arrived back at the compound and Asher helped Blake inside where they were greeted by nat and Bruce. They escorted Asher and Blake into the living room where Bruce confronted them.

"What set her off?" He asked.

"I think we should get Blake settled first then I'll tell you." Asher replied. He handed her off to nat and she lead Blake to her room upstairs.

"Do you need anything before I go?" Nat asked Blake.

"Can you send Asher up if he's available?" Blake replied as she climbed into bed.

"Shure thing." Nat replied. She closed the door behind her and went back to where Asher, Steve, and Bruce were conversing.

"I understand that she gets panic attacks and flashbacks sometimes but why would getting shoved into a locker cause that?" Bruce inquired.

"Hydra use to use force on her as a punishment because brainwashing became too normal for her. She started getting use to it and stopped losing her core memories so they would beat her instead." Asher said it so nonchalantly that the small gathering began to feel uncomfortable.

"She overcame panic attacks though and it's the first one she's had in school in a while. I mean you get pushed and shoved all the time in school so what's different?" Steve thought out loud.

"It could also be that having Asher back has resurfaced old or even new triggers that we have to deal with now." Bruce added. The group noded and moved over to the kitchen from the living room.

"I think that's likely. I think I'm stressing her out in more ways she can handle." Asher said.

"Your not stressing her out kid shes gonna be fine." Steve reassured him as he pat him on the back.

"Let's just drop it and hope she doesn't have another outbreak as bad as that one." Bruce concluded. After a moment nat spoke.

"Blake was asking for you once you are available." Nat said to Asher.

"Thanks." He replied. Asher ran up the stairs swiftly and arrived at Blake's door.

"Did she say anything else before you came back down?" Steve asked nat.

"No. She seems fine now maby a bit shaken up but she has Asher." Nat replied.

"She seems to be doing a lot better now that he's back. Better than before we rescued him I mean. I could tell there was something missing and now a can't see it anymore." Steve remenisces.

"There good for each other even if it comes with Panic attacks and flashbacks. They complement each other." She said. Nat left to her office and Steve fallowed.

Blake was feeling much better and was currently teaching Asher how to play Mario kart.

"You said you would teach me not destroy me." Asher wined as his name flashed in twelfth place once again.

"It took me months to get this good and Ned and Peter still beats me every time so don't come to me for tips." She replied.

"Is there a way to play together?" He asked.

"Yea let's do teams." She replied. Blake set up a team race and despite Asher's poor Mario kart skills there team had managed to come out in first.

"Well done king cotton." Blake said as she bowed to him.

"All you queen cotton." He replied returning the bow.

They continued to play for the next few hours and Asher managed to make it to fifth place in one of the races. There celebrations are short lived though as the next race is rainbow road.

"Well it was nice knowing you." Blake said as the race was about to begin.

"Wait what do you mean?" He asked and the race began. Everyone shot off leaving him in the dust. "Hey!"
