Karishma entered HM's cabin..she was working on a file..but she was clearly seeming bothered...

KS- Maddam Sir..!

HM- Ji? Kahiye Karishma Singh..ek second, pehle aap baith jaiye..(made her sit)

KS- MS, kuch baat hai ka?

HM- nahi toh..kyu?

KS- aapko aapse zyada jaante hain hum..bataiye..ka baat hai? Kahe itni gumsum hain aap? (held her hand)

HM- koi khas vajah nahi hai Karishma Singh..bas Anubhav aaj bada ajeeb behave kar rahe hain..

KS- ajeeb matlab?

HM- matlab subah 6:30 pe uth gaye..bina alarm ke...

KS- ka?! (stood up) bhabhi bhot badi gadbad hai fir toh..bhukamp aa jaye tab bhi bhaiya nahi uth te hain..! 6:30 baje khud se uthna hi chinta ka vishay hai...(worriedly)

HM made her sit..

HM- wahi toh..aur humse dhang se baat bhi nahi kar rahe..

KS- koi baat nhi bhabhi..bhaiya kisi tension mein honge kaam se sambandhit..aur kuch nhi..aap nischint rahiye..aap kahe toh hum baat karen unse?

HM- nahi Karishma..aap sahi keh rahi hain..itni badi baat bhi nahi hain...aur aap takleef mat lijiye..hum hi overthink kar rahe hain shayad...aap jaiye ab ghar..duty ka time khatm ho chuka hai..thankyou..(smiled)

KS smiled and left..HM also left for home..

She entered their room...Anubhav was reading a file on his study desk..she looked at him for a few minutes and went to change and freshen up..

They didn't have much conversations that night..she just slept while waiting for him to come to bed...he slowly looked back and saw her asleep..he closed the file and slept beside her..not before kissing her forehead.

Diwali Morning,

She woke up and smiled seeing him hugging her tight..his cheek resting on her forehead..he was looking really cute..

HM in mind- Sach mein zyada hi soch rahe the hum..(smiled)..Anu ko kaam ka koi tension hoga..

She slept again as it was a holiday...

Anubhav woke up after an hour..

AS in mind- aaj koi sawaal jawaab nahi karenge..aakhir tyohar hai..aur hamara apni jaan ke saath pehla tyohar hai..woh bhi Deepavali ka...hum isse bilkul kharab nahi hone denge..(smiled and kissed sleeping Haseena's forehead)

He got up and had breakfast with family..Abbu asked about Haseena..but Anubhav told him to let her sleep a bit more as she was busy with the thana work till late night.

Haseena woke up and got ready..she touched the elder's feet as it was diwali..

HM- Happy Diwali Maa, Ammi..(smiled)

Ammi & Maa- Happy Diwali beta..(smiled)

Maa- Beta kal thane mein bhot kaam tha kya? (caressing her hair)

HM- Haan maa, woh 3 din chhutti haina, toh kafi kaam tha kal...

Ammi- chal accha hai..aaj neend puri ho gyi..ab breakfast karle..

HM- Ji..(sitting at the table) vaise Abbu aur Baba kahan hain?

Baba- Yahan hain! (coming from outside)

HM stood up and bent to touch his feet..

Baba- na beta..betiyon ka sthan toh dil mein hota hai..(smiled and blessed her)

HM smiled- Happy Diwali Baba..! Happy Diwali Abbu..(hugged him)

Abbu & Baba- Happy Diwali..!

HM had her breakfast..she asked Ammi about Anubhav as he was nowhere seen..ammi said that he had gone out for some work..and would be back till evening..

They made gujiyas and kachoris together...smiling, laughing all the time...Anubhav came at around 5 pm..Haseena was making Rangoli with Santu on the door step...

HM- aa gaye aap? Kis kaam se gaye the? (dusting color off her hand)

AS- maa ne kuch samaan lane bheja tha aur woh Rohan ke kidnapper ko bhi dhundhna tha..

SS- mila kya wo bhaiya?

AS- Mil gaya...ussi adde ke paas rehta tha..ab koi khatra nhi hai..(smiled)

HM- Kaun tha kidnapper?

AS- Abhijeet Rana...

HM- woh most wanted criminal pakad liya aapne? (happily..he nodded with a slight smile)..bhot acchi baat hai..chaliye aap haath muh dho lijiye..rangoli bhi bas thodi hi bachi hai..aap taiyar ho jaiye..puja 7 baje karni hai..

AS- Atyant sundar rangoli banayi hai aap dono ne..(smiled)

SS and HM- Thankyou...(smilingly)..

SS- Jaiye abhi andar..pehle Karishma di ko manaiye..

AS- kyun?(confused)

HM- Aree wo humne unhe rangoli banane se mana kar diya na..toh muh fula ke baithi hain..

AS chuckled- accha hum dekhte hain..(went inside)

He handed over the things to Maa and saw Karishma sitting with an angry pout in their room..he smiled and sat beside her..

KS- aap ka khee khee kar rahe hain..(grumpily)..Bhabhi ko boliye na humein bhi rangoli banani hai..(pleaded)

AS- behna..aapko pata haina, neeche baith nhi sakti aap...(sweetly)..aap chahti hain humare bhanje ya bhanji ko koi takleef ho?

KS- nahi, par humara bhot mann hai..(sadly)

AS- Accha ek tarqeeb hai hamare paas..

KS- ka? (shining eyes)

AS- chaliye humare saath..

He took her to the balcony sitting area...there were two chairs and a wide platform right in front..

AS- ab aap chair par baithiye aur araam se baithke rangoli bana lijiye..(smiled)

KS- ee toh humne socha hi nhi..(happily) thank you bhaiya..(hugged him)..love you..❤ (smiled and started to make the rangoli pattern)

He looked at his sister who was behaving like a cute kid due to her mood swings..he smiled seeing her this side after so many years...

AS- love you too, behna..❤(he kissed her forehead and went to change)
