Haseena was busy stirring the fritters in oil..but simultaneously seeing him from the corner of her eyes..she giggled inwardly seeing his helpless face.
AS- Aapse soot samet badla lenge hum dekh lena aap..(he frowned and put the ginger in tea)..aur ye jo aapne jaan bujhkar aisi saree pehni haina..sab samajh rahe hain hum..
HM- Acchi baat hai, Mr.Husband..(giggling)..accha suniye na..(seductively)
AS- Kya hai..?(not looking towards her as he would lose the game then)
HM- Dekhiye toh sahi idhar..(she turned his chin towards her)..I love you..(she whispered in a raspy voice)
Before he could lose control, Ammi called her..
Ammi(from outside)- Haseena! jaldi aa! Ruhi ro rahi hai..
She went outside while he sighed..
AS- Jeet gaye hum challenge patniji..(smirking)
After having the Tea and Fritters everyone bid a bye..Maa-Ammi were busy talking in their room..while Haseena was changing Ruhi's diaper. Anubhav entered the room.
AS- Patni ji..
She turned towards him and understood why he was so happy..
HM- Haan haan theek hai..jeet gaye aap..(accepting)..par iska credit toh Ruhi ko milega..warna aap toh control khone hi wale the..(smirked)
The little munchkin was just flapping her tiny arms and legs..
AS- Ab wo jo bhi ho..challenge hum jeete..toh..(pulling her by waist)..aaj ki raat aap..aur hum..(he whispered in her ear..coloring her cheeks crimson)
HM- Hmm..(not able to say much..as she was flushed)
AS- Hayee..kitne dino baad ye sharm se laal gaal dekhe humne..(he said like a typical lover boy)
HM- Anubhav!
AS- Accha nahi chidate..jaiye pehle aap change kar lijiye..hum jaante hain aap saree mein adhik samay tak sehej nahi reh pati hain..
She smiled and went to change..while he got busy with his lil one.
Haseena came out of the washroom with a pale face and sat on the bed.
AS- Kya hua jaan?
HM- Kuch nahi..
Anubhav and Ruhi looked towards each other and then at Haseena..
AS- hum jaante hain kuch toh baat hai..boliye ab..
HM- Kaha na kuch nahi!(irritatedly)
AS- Mahavari?(he said softly, she nodded sadly)..dard ho raha hai kahin?(he said, putting Ruhi in her cradle)
HM- Pet mein thoda sa..inn nau maheeno mein aadat hi chali gayi thi..ab irritate ho raha hai..(annoyed)
AS- Koi baat nahi..accha bataiye, kya khayengi aap abhi?
HM- Um..Ice Cream!
He smiled and went to take the ice-cream from fridge. As he entered his room..he saw her sobbing..and worriedly sat near her..
AS- Aap ro kyun rahi hai jaan?(worriedly)..bohot dard ho raha hai?(she nodded in no)..toh phir?
HM- H..hum apna promise..*sniff* pura nahi kar payenge ab..aapka kitna mann tha...*sniff* aur hamara bhi..par ye periods *sniff* isne sab bigaad diya..Sorry Anu...(sobbing)
He slapped his forehead..Thank God Ruhi was asleep..how could he handle two babies together otherwise?
AS- Haseena..(softly)..idhar dekhiye..(she looked at him)..aree baap re..itne bade aansu..(surprisingly)..aap par kadapi suit nahi karte..(wiping them off)..aur rahi baat aaj raat ki..toh apne humse kya kaha tha? "Agar aap challenge jeete toh I'll make this night memorable for us", haina?(she nodded sadly)..toh hai na hamari raat yaadgaar..hum, aap aur hamara prem..aur kya chahiye bataiye? Hamare liye aapse aage kuch bhi nahi hai, Haseena..shaaririk sukh toh bilkul nahi..isiliye aise befizool khayal apne mastishk se nikaliye aur jaldi se ye Ice-Cream khaiye..warna Ice-Cream shake peena padega apko..(giggled)
She looked at him lovingly as he fed her a bite of Vanilla Ice-Cream...Just Love was visible in his eyes..no other emotion. They had the Ice-Cream together and he made her sleep after that.
AS- Hamari bholi Haseena..(caressing her hair while she was asleep)..apke har andaaz, har acchai, burai se humein prem hai..kahan aap iss shaaririk prem ke jhaase mein aa gayi..(kissing her forehead)
She smiled in sleep...
After a few minutes, Ruhi started crying..he immediately took his girl in arms and went in the balcony..
AS- Lo, ab aap bhi shuru ho gayi madam ji?(moving to and fro)..apki ammi ko attention de di toh bardash nahi hua?(giggled as the lil one wasn't crying anymore)..sach mein..ek nahi do bacche hain hamare..(chuckled and made Ruhi sleep)
