Ella was back at Hogwarts after Christmas break. She went right back to attending Harry's defence classes.

Harry began the class, "make it a powerful memory, the happiest you can remember. Allow it to fill you up."

Ella thought about her parents. "Expecto Patronum," she casted her spell but nothing happened. She thought about Draco, a smile appearing on her lips, "Expecto Patronum," she shouted and a blue bird flew around the room.

"Nice work Ella," Harry said congratulating her. She smiled proud.

All the fun stopped when they heard a noise. The chandelier moved, the lights flickered. Everyone turned there attention to the door, gathering in a group to get closer to see what was going on.

The glass began to crack. It shattered. Revealing the brick wall where a hole began to crack open. The room shook. Harry walked forward to peek through the hole.

He ran back to everyone as one last spell was casted to smash the bricks. When the dust cleared, there standing at the entrance was Umbridge, Filch, and the Inquisitorial Squad.

Draco appeared holding Cho by the arm, they knew who really told on them. He noticed Ella in the crowd.

"Get them," Umbridge said with the biggest smile.

...

Umbridge took Harry and Cho to Dumbledore with the ministry of magic to get Dumbledore taken away.

Ella was walking in the halls when someone grabbed her arm, pulling her behind a pillar.

"Excuse-."

But she was cut off by a hand. Draco was holding her against the pillar, his hand holding her wrist and the other over her mouth.

"Just listen," he growled. "I knew you and Potter were up to something and it wasn't snogging. Now look, your in trouble with Umbridge and I tried to warn you!"

She reached up, taking his hand off her mouth. "You don't have to look out for me," she said pushing him off her, she started to walk away.

"Then who will? Your brother? Your parents? Nobody cares about you," he told her. She ignored him and continued walking away.

...

Today was their OWL's. Ella stared at the piece of paper, quill in hand. Her mind racing.

Umbridge stood there at the front, watching over everyone. It was a two hour exam. A noise was heard, Umbridge began to walk down the rows of students to go to the closed doors.

She opened the doors stepping out. Everyone was turned in their chairs, watching. A firework went off in the air. A moment passed before two red headed twins flew in on brooms. Throwing fireworks. Everyone's papers flew up in the air. Everyone was cheering.

One firework flew into Goyles face. He hit it and it then chased Crabbe, getting his bum. Draco got trapped against a wall as a firework hit the wall, leaving his face imprinted.

One last firework, a dragon that chased Umbridge out of the dining hall. Smashing all the rules on the wall.

They flew out into the sky, everyone went running outside to see more fireworks going off. The crowd cheered. Even the teachers joined in.

...

After that ordeal, sadly Umbridge took a select few into her office for questioning. Harry sat in a chair and the rest was held by her Inquisitorial Squad. Draco held onto Ella, his grip was tight. She could feel his breath against her ear.

"That you are. You were going to Dumbledore, weren't you?"

"No."

"Liar," Umbridge said slapping Harry. Everyone winced even Draco.

"You sent for me, headmistress?" Snape said entering the room.

"Snape, yes. The time has come for answers, wether he wants to give them to me or not. Have you brought the Veritaserum?"

"I'm afraid you've used up all my stores interrogating students. The last of it on Miss Chang." Everyone realized Cho had no choice but to tell on them. It wasn't on purpose. "Unless you wish to poison him. And I assure you, I would have the greatest sympathy if you did. I cannot help you."

"He's got Padfoot," Harry said to Snape. "He's got Padfoot at the place where it's hidden."

"Padfoot? What is Padfoot? Where what is hidden? What is he talking about, Snape?"

"No idea."

"Very well. You give me no choice, Potter. As this is an issue of ministry security you leave me with no alternative. The cruciatus curse ought to loosen your tongue."

"That's illegal," Hermione said speaking up. Crabbe held his wand to her and Goyle held Ron.

"What Cornelius doesn't know won't hurt him."

She pointed her wand at Harry.

"Tell her, Harry!"

"Tell me what?"

"We'll if you won't tell her where it is, I will."

"Where what is?"

"Dumbledores secret weapon."

Umbridge left with Hermione and Harry. Leaving the rest of them in her office.

"I have some treats in my pocket-," Ron said as the two boys right away dug in his pocket. They smiled, eating the treats.

"Hand me one," Draco demanded as they tossed him one. He ate it. All of a sudden they began to puke all over the place.

"Are you coming?" Ron asked Ell.

"Go. I can handle it here," she said as they ran off. She held in her own vomit to see that Draco puked on her shoes. "Disgusting," she spoke as they ran to the bathrooms.
