A Young Wizard's Journey - Goblet of Fire

Introduction

Hi all!

This intro won't be as long as the last few, but I do have a couple of bits so please do bear with.

To begin with, as the title suggests. This is Goblet of Fire. Which means it is the fourth book in my series. Please do go and check out the others or else many elements of this story will not make sense. It will be leaning heavily into your character and a lack of knowledge about their history, abilities and current friendships will no doubt make it confusing

Next up, this is where things really begin to change. I mentioned briefly at the end of PoA but will cover it more here. But this story going forward will now begin to twist away from the original. The original content will still be in here of course. Rita articles, tournament tasks etc. but Y/N will be doing a lot of his own things and completely separate from almost everyone bar Hermione. Some people will see more page time whilst others will see less. Please understand that all characters will see their fair share you may just need to wait. This also sticks to my original theme of Harry keeping his story. Y/N will not be replacing him. In fact, Y/N will not even be a Triwizard champion. Though he will have a few events of his own taking place. You'll find out more about that as you read

To the above point. Please do remember, this is a fanfiction. This point is two-fold

One - All relations to people, places, or events living or otherwise is purely coincidental. This is a work of fiction done by me, sitting alone in a dark room at 3am. I promise I don't know what your great relatives did. And quite frankly if they did any of this, I want to know about it so they get due credit.

Two - There will be names, ideas, groups, spells, and other such things in here which are not in the original story as I leave my mark on my version of this world. I hope you'll all enjoy what I've done but please understand I will not be confining myself to the default Potter Universe rules. I am here to stir the pot.

Lastly - Things get heavier in this book. Both in my story and in the original. Character death comes into play and things do begin to get spicier between Y/N and Hermione. For this reason, reader discretion is advised.

To be totally honest, I think that's it. Please come into this story with an open mind and prepared to simply lose yourself in the story. Thank you for being here, I love you. Let's go!
