The Grieving Process

Do not ever let anyone tell you how you should greive for any reason. Maybe you lost a loved one, maybe you fell out in a relationship with either a family, friend, or spouse but you are stronger than you think. Time heals all wounds and in due time you'll learn how to cope with situations. On the same note don't you ever believe or let anyone tell you; " Oh, forgot about that already", or " Get over it". Listen no matter how many days, weeks, months, or years the pain of losing someone or something tragic happening in your life or to someone you care about never truly goes away it stays with you forever we just learn how to cope after awhile, so don't let anyone tell you how you should greive. What they should of told you was; do not let depression, anxiety, ptsd, or stress be the reason you won't make it or that happiness is not in your cards because with the kind of God we have you can beat anything just keep your faith, leave it in God's hands, pray about it and afterwards you will never have a reason to say that you can't find yourself.
