Whether you're black, white, spanish, asian, etc...you are beautiful. Whether you are thick, skinny, big boned etc.. you are beautiful. You have stretch marks so what. You have freckles show them off. Don't ever let anyone take away your confidence or self esteem. God made you just the way you are which you should love everything about yourself. Do not care what the world may think of you because you are You. You are unique in your own way. Ok, so you want to loose weight is this because you're afraid of how someone views you or for health/wellness reasons if so then he my guest it's always best if you are overweight and have health issues it's best to have a healthy lifestyle but all in all regardless you are still beautiful. If someone in this world makes you feel any less than that just know that God loves you just the way you are. You do not need the approval from the world. As long as you love yourself as mentioned in one of my previous chapters then what others feel or think shouldn't matter. The right ones will lift you up. Stay Strong. Be You. Stay Beautiful.
