Why you yelling for? Why the attitude? Why such hateful speech? Just because someone is rude or speaking in a negative way to you does not necessarily mean you have to give in to their actions. Don't you know when you humble yourself and be kind you get kindness in return. This may not be the case all of the time but we do not have to give in to others negativity because then that just makes us just as bad as them. Misery loves company. Don't let anyone take you out of your character. God wants us all as brothers and sister to be kind, gentle, patient, caring, loving, etc... to one another. A kind word didn't never hurt nobody. Sometimes even when people are being mean to us and when we still show kindness no matter what that person maybe think like damn I should not have said that or I feel bad that will be their guilty conscience and even might apologize or just be kind right back. Being kind, humble and caring always works out in your favor. Majority of the time you just have to pray for people even pray for yourself. Ask for God's guidance and he will not lead you ashray. Humble yourself in all that you do.
