It was 5th period, and I was wore out. It was Friday, so we had taken like, a billion tests in just 5 hours. It wasn't a good day anyway. Every Friday Gwen goes to Susie's house, and I'm stuck alone to take care of dad. So, today wasn't going to be fun. Mr. Derrick, (such a good name I'm so creative) was talking about  blood cells, yet I was fighting to not fall asleep.

Then the day got 10 times worse. That one feisty dumbass had walked in here. He was an idiot, yes, but I was still afraid of him. He was the strongest kid in the school besides Vance hopper, and he doesn't even bother coming to school anyway, so-this  kid was given that name.  He sat stuff down on a random kids desk, looking up at the teacher. "Miss Charlie told me to come  here, prolly because I kicked a kid's ass" he said, smirking.  "What a dumbass remark.." I thought. "Watch your language, young man." Mr Derrick scoffed. He rolled his eyes, and gave him  a sheet. "Sit back there by finney, robin. Finney, raise your hand please." "So robin is his name, huh." I raised my hand, rolling my eyes. "Great. He's gonna start some drama." Robin came and sat in the empty seat next to me, his hair bopping as he walked. Mr Derrick went back to talking about blood cells, and all was good again. He was actually not starting anything, surprisingly. "Hm, maybe he isn't so bad."

My thoughts quickly changed when I felt a wet blob hit my face.  I looked to the left at where  it had came from, and there sat robin with a plastic straw in his hand, along with many little balls of paper. He threw one up and caught it in his mouth, quickly pressing the straw against his lips and perking them, as he blew outward and hit mr Derrick straight in the face . I was shocked he could do all that so quietly and quickly, I must admit it, it was pretty amusing, but I refused to give in to his antics. "Robin Arellano! Cut it out this instant!" Mr Derrick screeched, stomping up to robin and taking his items away. He then turned to me, leaning down and whispering to me in the ear. "Look, he's a huge bad influence, so if you can't handle it, tell me and I'll take him away from you, okay?" With that, he stood up and started to teach class again.

A couple minutes later I felt a tap and saw a little ripped piece of paper fall onto my desk. I turned to the left, to see Robin motioning in a very bad way to open the note. He looked kind of like a first grade teacher explaining the abc's to a dumb kid. I opened the note, and had sloppy hand writing that I think read "waht did he saye?" What the hell- is he a dumbass or something? Or was he just trying to be funny? I looked over at him, but he had a genuine tendency in his eyes. I guess he is just a dumbass. I was gonna roll the paper up and go back to paying attention, when he slipped a new sheet on my desk. It read, "hi I'm robin pls answer." I looked at it a real long time, and finally sighed. "Fine, you dumbass." I mumbled the last part, because I didn't want to go home with a black eye.  I took out a red led pen, and wrote a note back to the stupid boy. "Fine. What do you want?" The note read. He read if, and got a slight smile on his face. I don't know why, but seeing the slight sensation on his face made me feel all warm and queasy inside. He started writing, his pencil moving along with the swerves of his fingertips. He lended the note back, as I read the new letters formed on the sheet. "What did the puta over there say?" I looked at him confused. I guess he saw, because he pointed at mr Derrick.A quick "0" shape formed on my mouth.  I was still confused about what puta meant, but I answered anyway.  "He said you were a bad influence." He read the note again, and instantly looked offended. He made a weird face at me, and then stuck his tongue out at the teacher. I chuckled, but quickly realized what I was doing and stopped. He was so childish, it was hard not to laugh. He hurriedly wrote back, slipping the paper into my hand this time. His fingertips touched mine, and I felt a tingly feeling within myself. This was a new, weird feeling. I remembered the note in my hand, reading "what! Bad influence?! I'm always on best behavyor! This time I couldn't help it. I giggled and chuckled, I could see what people meant now. Bad influences are heard to resist. I was trying to keep my voice down but it was hard, so I just stared what I could make out at the moment. "That is such a lie, robin Arellano." He grinned at me saying his full name, snapping back quickly. "Oh hush, loud ass." He replied, starting to google a bit too. I don't know this feeling, but it was nice. Maybe he'll be a new friend? I want to be im his friend.
