Chapter Eight

Excuse all mistakes please.

Tianna.

"Wassup Fam!" I say to Taylor and Madisyn as they walk into my room. After I got off the phone with Eli I took a nap, then called them over. It was now about 2:00.

"Hey buddy!" They both respond, while jumping on my bed sitting on either side of me.

"How was church?" I ask Madisyn.

"It was cool, Taylor came with me this time."

"Cool. So guess what!" I say excitedly.

"What?" They say together.

"I found my dress!"

"Where is it? We wanna see." Taylor says.

I get up and go to my closet to retrieve the dress. I come back out and lay it on my bed. Of course I had to be super dramatic.

"Lady and Lady, the moment you have lived for since prom season started! What the gorgeous, and stylish Tianna Jacobs will be wearing!"

I begin to slowly unzip the bag.

"You really play too much." Taylor says laughing.

"I know. I know." I say laughing along with her while finally taking the dress out of the bag.

The girls stare at it for a moment, before they say anything.

"It's really cute!" Taylor speaks up first.

"I love it!" Madisyn says next."

"Well thank you guys very much." I say doing a curtsy.

"Now I need to find mine. Who's gonna help me?" Madisyn pouts.

"We can go to the shop I went to tomorrow after school." I suggest.

"Okay." She nods.

"No invite huh?" Taylor says.

"Duh, you're gonna come." Madisyn says waving her off.

"Anyways, you guys still haven't found dates yet huh?" I asked.

"Nope." They both say.

"We suck, how don't we have freaking dates?" I ask laughing.

"Maybe we're not as cute as we thought we were." Taylor says shrugging.

"Yea, maybe y'all aren't. Me though, I'm cute."

"Whatever." They both say laughing.

"I'm surprised Eli hasn't asked you yet." Taylor says.

"Why are you surprised?" I asked.

"Because the way y'all be together y'all might as well date." She says.

"No, we do the exact same things that I do with y'all." I shrug

"Okay." She says sarcastically.

"What's different?"

She pauses for a second to think.

"Exactly." I say before she could speak.

"You're lucky I can't think of anything right now." She says smirking.

"Whatever." I tell her.

"Moving on, I'm hungry." Madisyn says changing the subject.

"Chipotle please." I say looking up from my phone.

"If you driving." She says getting up.

"I guess." I say putting on my flip flops.

The three of us got up and left the house. We got to the restaurant in about thirty minutes. When we got our food we went outside to eat.
