Let's catch this bad guy then

Cussing and death. 

After a few hours Dream said " I think I am going to make some changes to the Dreaming." I said " The realm is yours just don't change anything to be worse." Dream chuckled and said " It's not going to happen love I promise." I nodded and Dream said " But we need to get someone." I asked " Are we getting him or her?" He replied " We are getting him but he is surrounded by other people who share his twisted ways." I nodded understanding, I said " Lets get him then." Dream asked " Are you sure you did hear me right?" I answered " Yes, I am sure he has been taking the humans and then causing chaos everywhere he goes." Dream said " But there are going to be killers there." I countered " And I can't die." He gave up saying " Fine." We then got out of bed and Dream changed into our normal outfits all black for Dream and a green blazer, with a white shirt, and jeans for me. The blazer and my jeans held my knives there I said "Let's catch this bad guy."

Dream teleported us to an event center?  I looked up and I saw The Corinthian,  he was on a stage when he noticed me and Dream he finished up his speech by saying " And kings and queens of the night." Dream said " You disappoint me Corinthian. You and these humans that you have inspired and created disappoint me." Corinthian said " I've done my best to be what you made me." I said " No, you've done your worst." Dream nodded agreeing with me but he also shot a look that said ' let me handle this.' Dream said " Which in so many ways is what I hoped. You were my masterpiece. A dark mirror made to reflect everything humanity will not confront." Corinthian came back saying " That's what I am, that's what I have done."  Dream said " No, look at you walking this earth for over a century infecting others with your joy of death." Dream then asked " But what have you given them? What have you wrought?" He waited a few seconds then answered " Nothing. Just something else for people to be afraid of, that is all" The Corinthian asked " So what now you are going to send me back into their dreams?"  Corinthian continued saying  " Cause I won't go willingly." Corinthian pulled a knife out and Morpheus looked at it and he said challenging The Corinthian " A knife against a dream and hope?" Corinthian said " You don't think dreams and hope can die? Let's find out." Dream said " Enough."He held his hand out and started to get rid of the Corinthian but the Corinthian stabbed his hand and Dream hunched over clamping his hand in pain Dream said " Get out of the way Y/n." I took two of my knives and I put them up to defend myself. Dream looked at the cut and then asked the Corinthian " How?" He answered " I've got Rose Walker getting stronger every second while you get weaker. She's taking your place at the center of the dreaming. She's bringing the walls down between the sleepers' minds and now they are all dreaming the same dream." I thought oh shit she could get hurt. I heard Dream say " No." the Corinthian said " There's nothing you can do. She's asleep and dreaming" Dream said " Then she is not beyond my reach." Corinthian said "Oh, I think she is. Now that she knows you are planning on killing her."  

We then went into the dreams of the convention and Dream said " You need to wake up." the Corinthian then came up and said " Don't listen to him Rosebud. You're the one with power now not him. This is your dream." Dream came forward and he said " It's his dream, for your world." the Corinthian said " Then let's make it yours, whatever you want Rose. A black canvas." Then Jed and the other killers were gone. Rose asked " Where's Jed?" Corinthian answered " He's upstairs sleeping right next to you. This dream is yours now, the Dreaming in yours now." Dream asked " The Dreaming is yours. Is that what he told you?" Rose answered " He told me you were going to kill me." Dream asked " Did he tell you why?" She shook her head and Dream said " When a vortex brings down the walls between dreams, she creates a single volatile dream. That will collapse in upon itself, and take the waking world with it., your world. Everything and everyone will die." the Corinthian said " Don't believe him, Rosie." Dream said " It's happened before. I failed in my duty, an entire universe was lost." the Corinthian said " He can't kill you if you kill him first." Dream said " Killing me may save your life but it won't save the lives of those  you love." Corinthian said " I am trying to keep you alive here." Dream said " And I am trying to keep your world alive." Corinthian said " You have to choose one of us, Rose." Rose then yelled " Enough. If I'm as powerful as you say I am, then I will find my own way. In the meantime, the walls go up because thanks to you two I am wide awake." We came out of Rose's dreams. And the Corinthian said taking his glasses off " If you think I am coming back to the dreaming with you-" Dream cut him off saying "You're not going back. I brought you into the world to serve humanity, not feed upon it." the Corinthian asked " Do you know why I do it?" He answered " So I can taste what it's like to be human and you don't care about humanity. You only care about yourself, your realm, your rules, and barely your wife." Dream countered " I contain the entire collective unconscious without my rules it would consume me. Humanity will be consumed." Corinthian said " Or you might actually feel something. I am not the problem Dream." Dream said " Your right, this was my fault not yours. I had so much hope for you but I created you poorly then so I must uncreate you now." the Corinthian said as Dream destroyed him " I am only sorry I won't be here to see Rose Walker do the same to you." Then all that was left was a pile of sand with a small skull with eyes that were teeth. Dream said " The next time I make you, you will not be so flawed, and so petty little Dream." I looked around us and I saw all the killers who were awake and Dream said " And you who call yourselves 'Collecters' until now you have sustained fantasies in which you are the victims, comforting daydreams in which you are always right. But no more the dream is over, I have taken it away. For this is my judgment upon you, that you shall know from this moment on, exactly how craven and selfish and monstrous you are. That you should feel the pain of those you have slaughtered. And the fried of those that mourn them still, and you shall carry  that pain and grief and guilt with you until the end of time." We waited for the killers to leave then we left arm in arm when I saw Matthew fly over he asked " Do you want me to follow her?" Dream replied " No, when she is awake, she is not a threat. Tonight when she sleeps, I will find her and we will end this."                            

We then headed back to the Dreaming.
