Well here we go! The big chapter, the one you have all been waiting for-the wedding! I really hope this chapter lives up to expectations! It's a long one so grab your popcorn (or sweets of your choice) and settle in!
9am, California hills- The Hummel-Hudson household
"Morning!" Leroy said as he brought a warm mug of tea up to Rachel In her room. They'd rented a massive mansion (courteously of Blaine's family) for during and after the wedding and it was incredible.
"Morning daddy!" Rachel smiled and yawned as Madeline toddled in, clutching her baby blanket.
"Mummy?" Madeline whimpered.
"What's wrong baby girl?" Rachel asked as she gracefully lifted Madeline onto the bed and took the warm mug from her fathers waiting hands.
"Nightmare." Madeline mumbled.
"Oh sweets. You're safe with momma and gramps and Emma, Everleigh and Alex." Rachel said as she hugged her daughter and rubbed her back soothingly.
Recently Madeline had been having nightmares on a regular basis. Sometimes they were about herself and other times they were about her siblings or Will and Rachel getting hurt.
"It's wedding!" Maddy beamed.
"It is!" Rachel said as she smoothed her daughters un-tamed hair back down.
"I wear dress?" Maddy asked as she pointed to her white dress, similar to her mothers, hanging up.
"You do. How about you go with gramps so I can drink my drink and get dressed and you can get some food in that belly?" Rachel suggested as the three-year old complied and nodded.
Once she has finished her drink, Rachel Is interrupted by Kurt who has come to help her get ready.
"It's your wedding day!" Kurt screeched as Rachel screams slightly.
She can't believe that this day is actually happening. That's she's marrying Will!
"Kurt!" Rachel exclaims as she hugs her best-friend.
"Congrats bestie! Now, lets get your makeup done and get you ready. Who has the twins and Maddy?" Kurt asks as Rachel takes a seat at the luxurious vanity.
"My dad has Maddie, my other dad has Emma and the last I saw of the twins, they were with Sam in the lounge." Rachel says as Kurt unpacks and gets to work on her hair.
"I can't believe it's finally happening." Rachel says as Kurt nods as he starts curling her hair.
"It's certainly been a long time coming. I'm so happy for you both. You deserve it Rach'. After all you have been through." Kurt says as Rachel tears up.
"Thank you. For everything. For being there for me for all these years, for looking after the kids and for just being you." Rachel thanks Kurt.
"Anytime. You and Will made some wonderful kids." Kurt says as Ki walks in holding on to Isiah's hand.
"mama!" The twins exclaim.
"Oh my babies!" Rachel exclaims.
"You look so handsome!" Rachel exclaims as she lifts Alex on to her lap.
"Mama pwetty!" Alex exclaims.
"Thank you Alex." Rachel says as she places a kiss on her sons cheek.
"Everleigh, where's uncle Sam?" Kurt asks.
"Sam go bub bye." Everleigh replies as she tries to also climb on Rachel's lap.
"Wait here." Kurt says as he rushes off.
