I'm sorry I haven't updated in a while, i'm in my last year of uni... it's so hectic. I love you all. FYI, i'm trying to make this story as realistic as possible but it's hard as it's teacher x student; really hard.
Kaitlin couldn't stop thinking about the way her professor had looked at her with that steady but lustful look before she had kissed him. She didn't know what had taken over her, nor did he, but there was no going back from this.
There was no going back from her lips on his. There was no going back from the taste of each other on their tongues, and there was no going back from this feeling that they both had right now. This sense of familiarity and rightness. Although this was wrong; they both knew that in their minds, but it didn't feel wrong. It didn't feel wrong at all. Not one little bit.
Adam kept his hands on her face. Kaitlin kept her palms on his chest as she tilted her head to the side and opened her mouth to welcome his some more.
Adam didn't know it but he had her. He had his student since the moment he'd taken her home that night after the party. He had Kaitlin since he'd understood what she'd needed at every step without her having to ask or explain. He got her and she felt that.
And the one thing in her mind as his thumb stroked her jawline, and his tongue fought with hers, was that she liked him. She liked her professor more than she'd ever liked anyone before. And she'd read enough novels, she'd read enough of the forbidden romance books to know that this could never end well.
One of her hands slid down to the belt buckle around his waist, fingertips slipping underneath it. Adam froze for a second. His breathing. His hands. His kissing her. "Kaitlin," Her name sounded like smooth honey. His voice was hoarse and strained as if he was in great physical pain.
Kaitlin's gaze fluttered open to find he was staring at her already. Eyes hard and almost frantic. His eyes told what his face and what his mouth didn't. The look on his face was unreadable, but the look in his eyes was obvious.
He was scared, not because of the reason she was thinking.
Adam didn't care if he lost his job as a professor. He was scared that she'd find out about his actual job. She'd find out that he was trying to get her boyfriend behind bars. He was afraid that she'd find out and think he was using her.
Adam was hesitating. "Christi-" Kaitlin began, voice like a sweet caress.
He couldn't take it anymore. "Adam." He states, instantly regretting it.
Kaitlin's eyes narrowed and her brows knitted in confusion. A silent question; and Adam wasn't sure how to answer that question. "Adam is my first name. Christian is my middle name." He explains, it was the truth. He was just withholding why he used his middle name.
Adam watches as she takes her hands back. "What?" She whispers, confused as to why he'd lie about something so small.
"When I applied for the job as a professor they suggested that I use my middle name. Adam is much more common; it sounds less professional." Adam lies, quickly. He was used to having to lie, to make up stories like this one fast.
They'd never made him feel this shit before though.
His stomach twisted more with each word that fell from his mouth. "Adam." She tests, having no reason to not believe him. Adam's lips twist upward in the most wicked smile she'd ever seen in her life. He looked mischievous at that moment.
"Say that again," He demands, eyes on her lips now.
Kaitlin swallows her nerves. "Adam," She whispers, smiling gently.
