Paige's POV -

As Paige sat in the darkness, she remembered the time when Sadie had picked out songs for the both of them.

The one that stood out among the list was Ocean Eyes by Billie Eilish. Sadie had played the song over and over, insisting that Billie had wrote it just for them.

For her.

Paige recalled blinking, and saying that it was a little too far fetched. She had no clue how to take in what the beautiful redhead was saying.

Every time Sadie would turn on the song on Spotify, they would crank up the volume, and sing along as loud as they possibly could, ultimately ending up cackling.

Paige smiled briefly at the thought of the memory, and wished all of a sudden she hadn't run away. If only she hadn't panicked, then maybe she would have stayed.

As she continued to think about this though, the thought quickly disappeared, leaving her startled.

It was better to just stay in the wilderness. Stay lost, and never be found...
