10 hours earlier...

"Sir we have found a lead" General Owen stated, he was the head officer in the information department and also his P.A.

Swiveling his chair from the glass wall showing an open view of the city, he turned towards the officer.

"State your find" he ordered. Placing his elbows on his large desk holding up his chin. His stern blue eyes facing the officer.

"Yes sir. Sir we have located the mafia group whom had stolen the Mayne family heirloom; they seem to heading to the outskirts of the city"

Still in his chair, he brought out a file from underneath of his desk. Placing it where General Owen could see.

"Was Mr Stone identified?" Looking at the officer expecting a reliant answer.

Mr Stone was a huge perpetrator of the Mayne business, he had once worked for them in the financial department for months and had stolen millions of dollars leaving no trace of his appearance.

"Yes sir. He was seen driving the vehicle. Sir" the general informed.

He instantly stood up from his chair, flinging the chair backwards. The general still stood there waiting for orders.

"Get me the exact location and send them to me Immediately" he ordered leaving no room for suggestions.

"Yes sir!" He stated heading towards the door, leaving the room to it's former silence.

He was left alone once again to precious silence, he laid back into his chair, crossed leged facing his wide seethrough glass wall.

The silence was short when a call came in, it was Kyle.

James reluctantly picked up the phone "Hey James" Kyle instantly greeted. He was James closest friend, they had been friends since childhood and grew up together. And as time passed Kyle wanted to practice medicine got into medical school and went abroad to study.

James sighed. "Hey Kyle" he set the phone on speaker and put back on the desk turning back to the seethrough wall.

"Busy much?"

"Yh pretty much and you?"

"Just got on my break, after performing a gun shot wound" he chuckled.

"Was it deep?" He played along.

"Yh pretty deep. We're suspected the shooter is experienced in his line of work" he sarcastically added.

"You know I got work to do right?"

"Yh I know. Just wanted to catch up on how the case is doing?"

"Still on it. So do you mind bugging some one else"

Kyle chuckles a bit at his friend's seriousness. "Alright Mr Mayne I'll leave you to it"

"Thanks. See ya"

"Bye" They both hung up from the conversation.

And James felt relief come over him, he had being recently choked by the situation placing pressure on his shoulders; but never showed his problems not even to his parents.

Talking to his friend though was a short conversation made him feel relaxed and at ease.

Few minutes later another call came in.

"Sir, we've found them" it was General Owen.

"Prepare the car, and gather your men" he ordered taking his coat of his chair.

"Yes sir" he replied as James cut the call. He quickly went out the door down the parking lot where General Owen was already waiting for him. They immediately drove off to the address Owen had given him; it took nearly 2 hours to get there.
