Sophie's POV

Frankly, If I was to say that last week was tiring, that would be an understatement. Cause last week has been full of surprises and if possible more surprises to come.

But this morning wasn't that bad,  who am I kidding, i woke to rows of pecks and kisses on my forehead and had breakfast in bed. I literally had no clue why James was being so surprisingly romantic, but I never said I was complaining.

Down in the kitchen, we had a playful squabble about pancakes, I mean does he even know what he's saying, why would someone add cereal to a pancake mix! I mean are you bonkers?

He said he was trying how to find out what it tasted like and see if it was nice. And turns out it was terribly disgusting. Of course it would be, who actually would do that?

Apparently him though.

My guess is aunt Mary was off that day. Obviously I won the game but my victory was short lived when James attacked me from behind tickling my sides. I Burst out laughing but I couldn't even move out cause he was using his head to rest on me by my neck and watch me squirm and ended up in a make out session.

Other than that, it was fun. I loved the time we spend together, to bad I couldn't say back and slouch on the bed.

I felt so relaxed that I didn't want to get out of it. But you know the pain of  'Mondays', waking up in morning thinking you still have a whole lot of time to rest but then realize it's a Monday, so you get off your butt and get dressed then painfully have to wait five more days till the weekend.

Five painful days!

Like seriously how does the weekend finish so quickly!

I had to do a last minute dress up, and in the end I wore cream plain trousers, a white shirt and a cropped vest to go with the trousers. My hair was packed in a simple style.

I kept my scream of exhaustion, to myself  saving my self from embarrassment, but if anyone could hear me, they would have to cover their ears cause of how loud it is right now.

I continued to walk down the streets of campus, after James dropped me off, they were less busier than usual cause very soon, we would be having exams. So my guess is everyone is more focused on reading, which I should also be doing first.

I decided I could first try going to the library and see if I could get some books I would be needing for studying.

"Ouch!" I grunted I felt a tight arm squeeze from behind.

"Babe!" She hugged tighter. She was in a happy bubbly mood this morning. "At least let me breathe" I wheeze out, finding more difficult to breathe. She apologies and let's go of me, coming to my front.

"Oops, sorry about that" she smiles "I guess I got carried away" she shrugged, acting all innocent like.

"You guess? You might as well suck the soul out of me with that hug" I joked and we both laughed. "Don't blame me, I had my bestie stolen by the city's hot throb" she huffed, then turns to get closer to me "So c'mon...how was it?" She smirks, a mischievous glint in her eyes. I rearranged my clothes and we continued walking.

"We can talk about it later. I don't wanna talk about it here" I tell her, brushing my hair back. I didn't want us to be talking about my relationship with James out in the open...yet. Alice smiled, her glint still present in her eyes.

"No prob" she winked. "I can wait. Anyways we're we heading to?"

"The library. I wanna see If I can get some books to do some last minute revision" I explained, she nodded her head in agreement and locked our arms as we walked. I needed some books on finances and accounting, since that's it was involved in the course I and Alice were studying, and I thought maybe the library has some that could help.
