Lando Norris | Formula 1

Chapter One

Lando made his way to Max Verstappens room, they had agreed to meet by his room, before going to breakfast at the hotel.

Lando knocked on the door, as Max where nowhere to be seen, but no one answered. So, he tried the doorknob and it was open.

He heard music from the living room area and slowly walked in.

"Max?" Lando called out over the music.

But no one answered.

Lando walked further in and suddenly saw a dancing figure on the bed.

The speakers played Adele: rolling in the deep.

"The scars of your love remind me of us
They keep me thinking that we almost had it all

A girl sung along and screamed the lyrics, she didn't spot Lando at all.

Lando was shocked, but then saw that she was only dancing around in panties and a oversized white button up shirt that hung loose on her small body.

She had only buttoned a few of the buttons. Lando found himself getting lost in her dance moves.

The way her hips swayed, the way she sang, the way her long brown hair whipped around as she screamed her lungs out to the song.

Lando then realized that it wasn't Max' girlfriend Kelley in his room. A stranger was in his room and hurriedly left.

Max had a half naked girl in his room, and it wasn't Kelley.

Lando started panicking and hurried to join the others, there he saw Max, relaxed as ever.

"I thought we met by your room?" Lando asked max eyeing him suspiciously.

"Oh, why?" Max asked confused. "Because that's what we agreed to" Lando said crossing his arms.

"What's with you?" Carlos asked and Charles leaned forward eyeing the young driver.

"Hmm, hey Max. Why is there a half naked girl dancing around in your room?" Lando spat and the others eyes widened.

Lewis' jaw dropped in disbelief.

"What? Why do you sound like you're accusing me of something?" Max asked confused.

Lando grew more angry. Kelley was so sweet to Max and opened her world for him. He couldn't believe that Max would cheat on her.

"Its not Kelley, so who is it?" Lando challenged, letting the others understand his boldness.

"Max, mate, seriously?" Charles winced.

"Let the man speak, we don't know if there's more to it" Lewis said and calmed everyone down.

"Lando, mate. It's my sister. Why she's dancing around half naked, I have no idea? She arrived last night and couldn't get her room before the daytime hours, so she stayed in my room" Max explained and crossed his arms too.

"Man! Nathalie is here?" Daniel gasped and looked like a kid on Christmas morning.

"Yeah, she's here for work. But, of course, she's gonna watch the race this weekend" Max says with a smile and Lando grew more confused.

"Let me show you" Carlos said and pulled his phone out and immediately found NatVerstappen on instagram.

Carlos shoved his phone into Lando's hands and he started scrolling. Lando found himself liking the smile she kept posting.

Then he found something more interesting. She had a race uniform on and a helmet under her arm in a picture taken on a track.

"She's a race driver too?" Lando asked Max.

"No, she used to do rally, for Redbull also, but she stopped a year ago" Max said casually and then his phone rang and he excused himself.

"So, who is this and why does Daniel know her?" Lando asked confused out loud to the other drivers.

"Max and I were teammates at redbull together remember? I met her lots of times and she went to dinner with us and clubs too" Daniel said and shrugged.

"But man, she would squish you like a bug in racing" Daniel laughed and Carlos joined he had also had the honor of partying with the youngest Verstappen.

"How old is she?" Lando asked.

"She's 20" Daniel said.

Lando nodded and kept quiet.

"I need to go, but Lando, Thank you for watching out for Kelley" Max teased and Lando remembered his words.

He suddenly grew embarrassed, but how could he possibly know?

The others laughed at patted Lando's back as he grew red as a tomato.

"Shut up" Lando spat and looked at his plate of food, that was suddenly very interesting.
