Chapter Thirty-Eight

As we landed in Monaco I immediately noticed the different vibe here. It was peaceful, but also mysterious.

"We're going to a party on Charles' yatch tomorrow" Lando told me and I nodded as we walked down the streets of Monaco. His arm around my shoulder and mine around his waist.

Sunglasses on and light clothes. It was hot.

"Monaco is...different" I say and Lando hums in agreement. "I love when I visit Max and Kelley here" I say and Lando smiles at me.

"Want to get our own place here?" Lando asks and I laugh at him not realising he meant it.

"Wait what?" I ask as his face remains serious.

"Yeah, why not? We're travelling together all the time. We share a room and we have been for the last what? Seven months?" Lando questions and I nod realising we had.

"True. So, let me get this straight, are you asking me to move together with you?" I ask and stop and turn to Lando fully.

Lando takes my hands in his and nods. "I am" Lando says and my jaw drops.

"Max is going to kill you" I say and shake my head. "Why only me?" Lando asks with a laugh and we continue walking.

"Because, I'm the innocent one, i'm the youngest sister" I remind him and Lando nods. "Oh right, that's how it is. NOT" Lando laughs.

"Hey!" I say in defeat and Lando gives me a 'really' look and I sigh. "Yeah alright" I agree with him and he laughs and pull me into his side again.

"Nathalie!" I hear a voice shout and I turn around confused. I then see a pretty big group of girls run up to us.

"Can we get a picture? And can you sign this?" She asks with wide eyes.

I look at Lando surprised and he laughs at my face.

I pose with the girls and Lando gets the honor of taking a group picture and I laugh at the whole situation, not one of the girls reacted to Lando.

They were purely there for me, and me only.

As we were done I bid them goodbye before continuing our walk and Lando laughed at my face.

"You're officially more famous than me" Lando comments and I hit his chest playfully.

"Don't be ridicoulous" I say and roll my eyes at him.

We walk around and Lando shows me his favourite parts of Monaco and I loved every second.

By the end of the day we laid on the balcony, relaxing after the dinner we just had with Max, Kelley, Charles and Charlotte and Daniel and Heidi.

"Alright, I made up my mind" I say after laying in peace for a half hour. Lando's fingers stop brushing on the spot on my thigh he had been brushing for the last half hour.

"What have you made up your mind about?" Lando asks and takes off his sunglasses and look at me.

"I want to move in together" I say and Lando smiles. He leans over and kiss me and I caress his cheek.

"Then it's official. We're house hunting" Lando clarifies and I smile at him. "A house?" I ask carefully.

"I don't do well in an apartment" Lando says with a wink and I roll my eyes playfully.

"A house it is then" I say and tease him.

"Good thing I moved out of my apartment eight months ago, huh" I tease him.

"Where's all your things then?" Lando asks and I smile at him. "Max and Kelley's basement" I say.

"Here in Monaco?" Lando asks and sit up. I nod and lean back on the sun bed.
