For those that are confused, upon activating the Improbability Drive, Peep obtained the ability to bend reality (much like Tricky) except it's slightly different.
Description:
Peep - One Above All is an evolved variant of Peep, where Peep have activated the Improbability Drive and obtained the ability to accelerate time and space itself, in fact, he can accelerate time so fast that he can restart the universe to whatever point he wants, or fast-forward it to whenever he wants. With this ability, Peep knows what will happen next since he knows everything that will happen in this universe, he can then use this advantage and his speed acceleration to avoid anything that can harm him, get behind his enemies, and slice them with a accelerated knife within a second.
Weakness:
The only way of doing so is by also knowing what happens in this universe, and countering Peep by making something unexpected happen, for example a expected outcome not happening, or something that was unexpected happening. This will confuse Peep and give you roughly a few seconds to make an act.
Last Resort:
When Peep is gravely injured or is about to be defeated, he will activate his final ability. Universal Reset, a ability that allows only him and selected individuals to retain the memory of the previous universe while the current universe collapses and turns into a entirely different universe, from there Peep is able to change reality as he wishes by changing the universe himself and fast-forwarding to points where it can help him. Peep is vulnerable to normal attacks during this time as he would spend all his energy and ability on resetting the universe, and if he is killed during this time or interrupted, depending on how much he manage to reset, the current universe will also change accordingly.
This ability is a reference toward Made In Heaven, an evolved stand for Enrico Pucci (A Jojo Reference!)
