Undiluted chaos

Chapter 3 - Team work makes the Dream work

After the battle from Chapter 2, most of the Gang members were tired, with a few exceptions. Prodigy, Jam, Peep and Mochi were not tired due to Prodigy, Mochi and Jam not needing to sleep and Peep who was on a sugar rush. The four of them volunteered for guard duty while everyone else set up the camp.

Prodigy and Jam examined some of the corpses of the fallen enemies and realized that these enemies looked really weird, their heads were large olive shaped. Their skin color was grey, they had no neck, and all of them seems to be wearing the exact same clothing , including the one who was 14ft tall and had metal tubes stuck in it's skull.

"Hey Jam, this giant dude is still breathing." Said Prodigy, who was still 15ft tall. His voice was deep, but it was also very loud, which scared both Jam and Mochi at the same time."C-could you lower your volume a l-little please." Stuttered Jam, Prodigy shrugged and looked through the Giant's pockets, there was a name card that called the giant : Mag Agent - Torture. "What a weird name, although, mine is Prodigy so at least his sounds cool >:L" Prodigy thought in his head as he puts the card in his own pocket and shrunk to regular 7ft.

Jam and Mochi was scavenging anything that may be useful for helping them survive and so far all they found were silenced pistols and ammo for the pistol. Jam did find helmets but since they were way to big for his head Jam decided not to bring them. Meanwhile Mochi and Peep was trying on the bulletproof vests. "Bulletproof vest my a-" Mochi looked at peep "my butt, if they are bulletproof then how did those guys die so easily? :|" Peep managed to fit himself whole inside a bulletproof vest and took out a sticky note to write something, he then taped a note saying "Peep's fort" onto the vest and went inside.

Mochi looked at Peep and smiled, he picked up Peep and his "Fort" while Prodigy and Jam returned, Jam had a lot of silenced pistol ammo while Prodigy was still holding onto Mag Agent -Torture. "Wow, that's a big guy" said Mochi while looking at Mag Agent - Torture. Jam went back toward the campus and a few seconds later Prodigy, Mochi and Peep, who was still in Mochi's arms, followed suit.

The four sleepless bois returned to the campus and saw that everyone else has done a lot of work while they were away. Dave has found a large amount of concrete and has built some sturdy walls with the teleporter in the center. Zak poured some alcohol over a few logs and is trying to light a fire. Jalea has took the time to build a medical tent and is inside having some Jello and Tea while Dave took some meat and carrots out of a gym bag they brought.

"We have enough food and water to last us about 2 month, let's just hope that during these two months we are able to retrieve the package that boss told us about." Said Dave while he took a foldup table and began chopping the meat and vegetables. Zak was still having problems with the fire while Force went out for scouting. Prodigy walked over to the fire place and spat on it, he then took a flamethrower and lit the fire place. 

"That's cool and all, but why did you spit in the fire?" Asked Zak, who took the opportunity to take some cheap whiskey and drank some.  "My spit works like gasoline, for some reason" Replied Prodigy, he sounded a bit salty about this. Dave noticed, and quickly called Prodigy over to help him prepare the food. Mochi was sitting next to the fireplace trying to warm himself up while Jam built a few defensive turrets around the base.

A few moments later Dave took out a pot and filled it with water, he then put all the chopped meat and vegetables inside. "Umm... big bro?" Asked Prodigy, "What are you doing?" he looked at the pot back to Dave, who was trying to find a way to put the pot on top of the fire. "I'm going to make soup, it's warm and can be eaten more than once. We can't cook like it's a five star restaurant since we're at war with whoever those guys are." Explained Dave, still struggling with the pot. Prodigy went over to help, and in no time they got the pot stabilized over the fire.

While the soup was boiling and Dave kept on adding different sauces and spices, Force returned hurt, Zak noticed and called Jalea out, who took out his healing rifle and patched Force up while Force explained what happened. "There was some sort of facility, those weird looking people wearing suits and red glasses are stationed there. There was also 2 other man attacking that place, so I decided to help them. Which was why I got hurt so much." Force flinched as Jalea applied some medical alcohol over Force's wounds. "The people who were raiding also looked weird, one of them had a bandana over his head, some sunglasses and a weird chin while the other one had headphones, a cap and was smoking a cigar. I swear I saw them somewhere before when I was playing videogames..."

While Force was trying to remember where he had seen those weird looking people before Dave yelled " Soup's done! It's time to eat!" and handed out bowls to everyone. The gang sat near the campfire while they drank their soup in silence, but Prodigy felt that it was way to silent, so he tried to stir up a conversation. "So... busy first day?" Said Prodigy, Dave looked at him and said" You think? I haven't had a fight like this since the gravel war." Now that Dave brought up the Gravel war everyone was interested, since (In this universe) the Gravel War was a major war that broke out. Dave looked at everyone, which were all looking eagerly at Dave. "Ugh... Fine" Dave gave out a sigh, and started telling a story...
