I stretched my arms and yawned, I finally woke up from my slumber

It took me a few minutes before I decided to sit up from my bed, I rubbed my eyes and look around until I looked at the clock

It was already one in the afternoon

I kicked my blanket away from my body before I stood up from my bed

I wore my slippers, grabbed my phone, and made my way out of my room, it was surprisingly quiet so I looked around trying to find Mirae

"Mirae?" I called out but there was no response

I decided to check my phone, it showed that Mirae had texted me a while ago

Rae: I went out to buy something in case you're looking for me

Since I knew where she is now I didn't need to worry about anything

Though it was boring, I was alone in the house and had nothing to do. Sundays are usually the day when I have no work so I didn't need to do anything today but still I had no idea what I'll do today...

I decided to walk back inside my room and just use my phone

Plopping myself back onto my bed and pulling out my phone

Scrolling through my phone whether it's social media or my messages was still quite boring

Maybe it has been an hour or almost an hour... Still using my phone and Mirae still hasn't come back

I sighed to myself before I remembered about the trip with CEO Sim and his family, I needed to pack

"Shoot I forgot how many days the trip was..."

Should I ask CEO Sim? This isn't for work anyways, so I suppose it was fine to text him

Me: Hello CEO Sim! I needed to ask you something
Me: I've forgotten how many days the trip was, how many days is it again?

I pressed sent and was about to wait for a reply but then a notification popped up

That was quick... But the reply made me raise a brow

"What the fuck-"

Jake PoV

I was preparing some snacks for Sooyeon and I, while she waited in my room

I decided to prepare some strawberries for her since she enjoyed eating them, with some milk for us to drink

"Should I prepare chocolate to dip the strawberries in?" I asked myself and decided to just prepare some chocolate as well

After melting the chocolate, I carried the tray and slowly walked back to my room where Sooyeon waited

Carefully opening the door and I saw Sooyeon laying down on the bed and using my phone

"Sooyeon~ I'm back," I say with a smile on my face, when she looked at me I noticed the expression she had, she didn't seem happy

After I placed the tray on the side table I sat in front of Sooyeon looking at her confused, "what's wrong?"

"I'm annoyed"

"Of what?" I asked, that's when she handed me my phone and I saw it was a message from Y/n where Sooyeon had replied to her text

Y/n: Hello CEO Sim! I needed to ask you something
Y/n: I've forgotten how many days the trip was, how many days is it again?

Me: please don't text Jake when he's not at work

I looked at Sooyeon surprised, it wasn't because she looked through my phone, I gave her the password anyways, but it was because she was acting like this

"What's wrong with that Sooyeon?" I asked her since I was really confused, "why is she going on a trip with you?"

"It's a family trip and my parents invited her," I replied to her question

She slowly frowned and rested her back on the pillows, "is it bothering you?"

It made me confused since Y/n has been helping us hide our relationship from our family

"Do your parents hate me that much? That I was never invited to those family trips but Y/n is?"

That's why she's upset, but I didn't know how to reply

"I don't know why either Sooyeon..." I say with honesty, I really didn't know because even I was shocked when my parents wanted to invite Y/n to our family trip

"I understand your upset about that but don't get mad at Y/n, she's helping us anyways and she's just asking a simple question"

She rolled her eyes, "I prepared strawberries for you Sooyeon, how about we eat those instead and watch a movie?"

"Are you sure you're okay with going home by yourself? I can definitely drive you home Sooyeon"

"I'm alright Jake, my friend is picking me up anyways," she smiled before giving me a kiss on my cheek

I watched her as she walked away until her figure slowly disappeared I finally went back inside

I walked back into my room and fixed up the snacks we ate before I laid down on my bed and checked my phone

There the first thing that appeared was Y/ns text

Me: I'm sorry Y/n
Me: Sooyeon was the one who texted you

Y/n: no worries CEO Sim!

Me: I'll have to ask my parents again because they keep changing the plans...

Y/n: It's alright

Me: thank you and I'm sorry about Sooyeon's reply

Y/n: Eh it's okay...

Me: I'll go to sleep now Y/n enjoy your night

Y/n: enjoy your sleep CEO Sim

Me: Good night
