Alpha was sharping her blade, while waiting for her sister to finish her experiment. Luna had taken some of Mars DNA for an experiment. Alpha was thinking about The Commandant. Wondering if she is on the wrong side.

"So Alpha, do you feel bad betraying Beta?"

She glared at Roland.

"His name is Mars."

"Whatever. You betrayed him so how do you feel?"

Alpha didn't feel a thing because she didn't. She actually betrayed The Ascendants.

"I feel nothing. It had to be done."

Roland smiled.

"It's a sad thing that Beta is on the wrong side. He was good little hybrid."

Alpha continued sharping her blade, listening to Roland run his mouth.

"I remember when he left Babylonia and Luna found him. She saw something special in him. But yet her judgment was wrong."

Roland felt Alpha's eyes glaring at him. He realized he struck a nerve.

"Don't you remember when we trained him? It was such a good time. He was so skilled. You had to fall for him."

"You sound jealous." Alpha coldly said

Roland chuckled.

"I can't wait until Luna kills him in front of your."

Alpha quickly put her blade at Roland's throat.

"Don't you dare say that!"

The male just laughed.

"Back away Sister."

Alpha turned her head and saw Luna.

"Roland was went to far."

"I was just speaking the truth."

"You speak lies!" Alpha was angry

Roland didn't respond.

"I'm going out."

"Alpha wait!"

She ignored her sister and left."

"I don't know why you had to push her."

"We both know Beta is a lost cause. He's not coming back. You had so faith in him, and look at where he is now!"

Luna slapped Roland.

"You don't know nothing about him. He's serving a greater purpose for us!"

Luna walked away with anger.

Babylonia

Mars was sitting in President Hassan's office.

"Son, how are you feeling?"

"I'm fine."

His father looked worried.

"You looked worried. What's wrong?"

"I told everyone about you. I was scared. They know everything except one piece of crucial information."

Mars wasn't fazed.

"Please don't be mad."

"I'm not. I'm was planning to tell them one day."

"Did you tell them about the treaty?

Mars shook his head.

"No. I'm not going too."

"Why not?"
