Chapter 9: Meet Your Maker

Selena stood in front of the Commandant's room door. She was shy to knocked, but eventually knocked on his door. She waited about three minutes before the door opened.

A pink hue appeared on her face when she saw the Commandant.

"C-Commandant..."

"Morning Selena."

"Commandant your are shirtless."

He closed the door. Selena was confused, but the door opened back up.

"Sorry, about that. What's up?"

"I was wondering can I help you get ready for the day?"

"Lucia usually does that, but I'm pretty sure she won't mind you joining."

"Okay."

"I think Liv is helping too, since I'm technically still recovering, from the last mission."

Selena remembers that move, she saw the Commandant did. She felt his punishing virus raised, to a point she thought he strained his body. She was worried about the Commandant.

"I'll wait for them here then."

Mars nodded and closed the door, to gather this stuff.

Lucia and Liv was walking to the Commandant's room, when they saw Selena. Selena smiled at them.

"Hey Guys. I want to help getting the Commandant ready."

"Sure!" Liv said happily.

"Lucia knocked on the door.

"Commandant are you ready?"

The door opened.

"Yeah." The Commandant said with a yawn.

"Let me check your vitals."

Lucia and Selena watched Liv examine the Commandant.

"All done!"

"Thanks Liv."

Liv nodded, then they walked to the showers.

Ken was watching them from a far.

"What are you doing?"

Ken turned around and saw Vera.

"Nothing...."

"Don't worry I've been spying on him too."

"You trying to figure him out?"

Vera simply nodded with a wicked grin.

"Let's follow them."

Ken and Vera followed the Commandant. Selena was amazed on how Lucia and Liv are attentive to the Commandant. The Commandant entered the showers, Lucia and Liv stood by the door.

"You guys just wait until he's done?" Selena asked.

They both nodded.

"What else you guys do?"

"He trains with Lee, then takes another shower." Lucia answered.

"Then he reads until we have a mission or hangs out with us." Liv added

Selena nodded. The Commandant walked out the shower.

They walked to the training room. Lee smiled a bit.

"Commandant are you ready?"

"Sure am!"

"Selena, did you know the Commandant and Lee are tied in the mock battle against each other?" Liv asked intrigued by the battle.
