THE train came to a screeching halt, and you and Mitsuya had to nudge your way through to the exit doors.

"So where to?" Mitsuya asked.

"Walk with me, I'll explain on the way," you answered, whispering.

Your professional mode had officially activated, and to describe Mitsuya as "nervous" is an understatement.

"We're gonna wander around," you answered. "I'm gonna have to ask you to cooperate with me if you wanna help."

"I'm all ears," he smiled.

"Good. Wander off; lose me. Make sure I can't see you. The realistic, the better, so even we believe that we lost each other. I'll ask around if anyone had seen you while looking for them. Clear?"

"Yes boss," he saluted playfully, and you nudged him with a a grin. "Have you done this before?" He asked.

"Hunting? Yes. But with someone else? No. I had to lie through my asscheeks," you joked, and to your surprise, he laughed.

"You call it 'hunting'?"

"Yes. It makes sense," you waved over a taxi. "Let's go to some of the high end malls. My treat for everything."

Alarmed, Mitsuya waved his hands in protest. "I─ I don't wanna burden you─"

"I insist," you opened the door for him so that he may enter the car, and he did. "This won't even dent my money. You have sisters, right? Let's get stuff for them. To Tokyo Midtown, please."

"You're too kind," he said nervously. "But really, I don't─"

"When's your sisters' birthdays? Think of this as a gift for them, then," you were persistent in spending on this Heaven-sent young man. "Please."

a/n idk their birthdays pls help me out here

"... alright. But if we spend any more than─"

"Hm? What was that? Oh! Two-hundred K? Oh, of course!"

"No no! That's too much!"

"Oh, I don't mind, Tashi," you continued to tease, doing the "💅" motion (bc I STILL don't know how to describe it). "Spending on the people I like is my hobby."

His brows were furrowed in what looked like frustration and concern. "At least bring it down a bit!"

"Fiiine," you sighed. "199,999, it is!"

"Wh─ Y/N!"

"Okay, okay! One-hundred thousand."

"Ten."

"Eighty?"

"Twenty-five."

"Fifty thousand. I am not going lower."

Mitsuya finally broke and caved in, letting you laugh triumphantly.

"Fine, okay. I'll find a way to repay you, someho─"

"Be my friend and let me visit your sisters, and I'll consider it paid in full."

He looked at you, almost flabbergasted, but he smiled. "Thank you for this, Y/N."

"Pleasure's mine, Tashi."

You had to call over one of your guys near Roppongi to be your bag holder as you went on, walking alongside a tense Takashi. His eyes were everywhere and nowhere at the same time, nervously keeping his hands to himself.
