Third Pov: Ch-6

"So there you have it I want all of you to rest for the next 2 days." Lady Tsunade made her speech to us all about resting. "Do we really get 2 whole days off? Granny Sage." Before you knew it Sakura punched him before Lady Hokage could. "Shut it! You idiot!"

Now when Sakura hits him like this he usually says he is sorry and starts whining but this time was fairly different. "Sakura! If you put your hands on me one more time I'm gonna-" Lady Tsunade slammed her fists on her desk. "Alright, I've had it with the two of you! Both of you shut the hell up and go rest before I kick both of your asses! Alright?!"

They both shut their mouths quickly. "And that goes for the rest of you! Go REST before I make you!" She didn't have to repeat herself twice because everyone was on board. "Dammit, now I needa drink." She said to herself. Everyone left her office.

Shino, Lee, and Kiba went walking to a restaurant. "Hey, Shino something I've always wanted to know." They all continued to walk. "Lay it on me, Lee."
He peaked inside his shirt. "Are your insects always on you?" Kiba laughed. "I wonder the same thing."

"Kiba you should spend less time laughing and more time on training and no Lee they're not." Kiba was offended. "What are you trying to say ShiHO?" Shino just looked at Kiba while they all continued to walk.

"So then where do your bugs stay when they're not on you?" They all walked toward the restaurant. "Around." He answered and then followed up with something else.

"Hey, Lee, I don't think that you should have a drink tonight again," Shino said before they walked into the restaurant. Lee scoffed at them. "You almost got into a fight with your drunken fist and you also talked about having feelings for Sakura and someone else but you never said her name." Lee looked as if he didn't remember.

"Sorry, guys it doesn't come to mind." He walked in before Shino and Kiba could say another word.

"I come back from a mission and she tells us that we have to go on and 'rest'?" Shikamaru sighed. "This is such a drag." Choji finished eating his last meal. "Umm, why are you complaining? Don't you hate it when she sends you out on missions? But now you're not ok with her letting everyone rest? That's weird"

Shikamaru threw his arms behind his head. "Choji you just don't get it." Choji burped and asked him for an explanation. "So explain it to me then." He sighed again. "When I'm sent on a mission I hate it because I'd rather rest and train my mind but when I'm told to rest I'd rather go on missions to train my physical skills. Don't you see?" Choji stayed silent for a quick second. "Uhh... Yeah, I get it and you're not weird at all, not one bit." Shikamaru knew that he was being sarcastic but he just ignored it altogether.

They went walking on the trail after they ate. Choji started to take care of his health for a little while after the war. He even slimmed down a bit too. "Does something in the village seem off?"

Choji asked as they were more than 10 minutes into their walk.

As always Shikamaru was a nonchalant being. "Hmmm, how do you mean?" Choji couldn't put his finger on it. "It sorta feels like something is up in the air like people are living 2 double lives, y'know?"

Shikamaru shrugged his shoulders. "Try not to overthink it. It's probably just a feeling."

"Can you believe it? Lady Hokage giving all of us not just 1 but 2 days off?" Kakashi looked up at Gai from the bench he was sitting on. "So tell me Kakashi why aren't you reading like you always do?" He came up with a quick answer so he wouldn't try and stay to talk to him for too long.

"I'm just resting is all."

Of course, that was never enough for Gai but I mean what is? "Kakashi we've been rivalries for a long time so I know when something has you bothered." After all, he and Kakashi did grow up together.

Kakashi sank his head in defeat and just started to spill everything. "Gai I haven't read any new books because there aren't any out yet." Gai scratched his head and looked confused. "Hmm, so that's what you're upset about." Kakashi nodded his head in agreement with him.

"I've got just the thing Kakashi!" He looked up at him again. "Hm?" He pulled out some cash. "Me and you are going to the Strip Tease." Kakashi was shocked about this new fond behavior of Gai.

"And I will not take no for an answer. So be ready around 8." He then gave him a thumbs up and then he walked away. "Hmmm, well I guess that's that."
