Shikamaru Pov: Ch-4

"We need to find somewhere to camp out, it's getting late." Me and Temari had just come back from our missions for both of our villages. She began laughing at me. "What is it? You can't handle walking just a few more miles? Little punk." She continued to laugh at me and herself. I didn't say anything to her.

We came across a retreating resort for ninjas from all over so I paid for a room there. As we got settled in I lit up a joint that I had saved from earlier.

Temari came fresh out of the shower with a big shirt on complaining about me about smoking. "I'm tired of you smoking!" I just ignored her like I always do.

I made my way to the bathroom to finish smoking my joint and hop in the shower. I needed to relax.

I couldn't even dry off because as soon as I got out of the shower Temari was banging on the door. She was starting to piss me off. I flung the door open to tell her off. "Quit banging on the got damn door."

She shot right back at me. "I wouldn't have to bang on this door if you would've left it unlocked I need to pee." I sighed and then walked out while I waited on her to use the bathroom. I only had a towel wrapped around me and I wasn't even all the way dry either.

When she came out she bumped me. So I grabbed her and swung her around. "What is your problem with me? I've been dealing with your bitching for far too long now." She poked her lip out at me.

"You're annoying that's my problem with you!"
I then pushed her up against the wall. We were body to body at this point. "You know how to get under my skin but I refuse to let you make me blow up."

She still wanted to argue with me. "I'm tired of you being a punk. Tell me... That time when we we're young. Why did you quit our match?" I could feel my jaws tightening up. "Afraid you were gonna lose huh?" She said.

The funny thing is even though it was obvious that she was pissing me off I couldn't shake this feeling.

"Whatever." I let her go and then went back into the bathroom to get dried off and put on my boxers. She scoffed when I came back out. I just got into bed without fussing. She followed behind and we were both sound asleep. Even though I was sleeping I turned over and wrapped my arms around her. It was almost like a reflex. "Mmm squeeze me tighter." She said to me so I did. "That good enough for you?" She snuggled up with me for her answer. She felt so good in my arms and right before you knew it we were asleep.
