I AM SO SORRY THIS TOOK SO LONG I SWEAR I WAS GOING TO UPDATE THIS A FEW WEEKS AGO BUT I DIDN'T RELLY HAVE TIME TO FINISH IT... BUT I FOUND TIME SO HERE IT IS!
It was about 9:30a.m. And Kona and Ezra were walking around outside of the Ghost.
"It's really nice out this morning." Kona said as she sniffed at the air.
Ezra smiled and nodded. "Yeah. Let's just hope today the Empire will take a break and we can actually relax for once." He said as he kicked a small rock.
"I kind of like fighting the Empire." Kona said, looking up at Ezra.
"Yeah? Well you don't have to fight stupid Inquisitors and get grabbed by ISB agents on a mission." Ezra said.
"That's true." Kona said with a little smile as she put her nose up and sniffed the air again. "I smell bacon! Hera made breakfast!" Kona squeaked.
Ezra smiled. "Race you back! Ready... Set go!" Ezra pushed Kona onto her back and he started to run towards the ship.
"HEY!" Kona shouted, squirming around as she tried to get back onto her paws. When she did, she let out a low growl and darted forward. "See you later, Ezzie!" Kona said with a smirk as she darted past Ezra and yelled his most hated nickname.
Kona reached the ship and sat down, staring at Ezra as he ran. She sat for about a minute before Ezra came stumbling onto the ramp.
"What took you so long?" Kona said with a smirk and she stood up and leaned over Ezra.
Ezra pushed Kona away and sat up. "Shut up, you flee bag."
"Hey! I don't have flees and you know that!" Kona barked.
"Do too!" Ezra shouted back.
"Do not!"
"Do too!"
"DO NOT!"
"SHUT UP!" Sabine screamed from behind them. Kona and Ezra both turned around.
"Oh. Hey, Sabine." Ezra said looking up at her.
"What's up?" Kona asked, sitting down at Sabine's feet.
"Hera asked me to get you guys for breakfast."
"I TOLD YOU!" Kona barked at Ezra.
"Shut up." Ezra said, standing up and crossing his arms. "Race you inside!" He said, running past Sabine.
"Hey! No fair!" Kona shouted, darting past Sabine almost knocking her over.
Sabine let out a deep sigh. "Those two fight like siblings." She mumbled before turning and heading back into the ship.
Later that afternoon...
Hera and Kanan were sitting in the common room talking when Kona came barreling into the room and jumped onto the couch.
"Kona? What's-" Kanan tried to ask but was cut off by Ezra.
"Kona! Come back here you know that's mine!" Ezra a shouted, running into the room after Kona.
"Not anymore!" Kona said, slipping something around her neck and covering it with her fur.
"Kona! Give it back!" Ezra shouted, walking towards the couch.
Kona squeaked and hid behind Hera. "Hera! Tell him to leave me alone!" The almost full grown pup whimpered from behind the pilot. Kanan stood up and slowly backed out of the room.
"What is going on here?" Here asked confused.
"Kona took the blue bird charm that my parents gave my for my sixth birthday!" Ezra shouted, upset with the husky.
