The day had come and gone; not gone completely, but just enough that people noticed your disappearance.

They were all in the gym, skillfully avoiding the newly found-out traitor, Sakura Ogami. And that was when the nighttime announcement rang.

"..Has anyone seen Y/N at all today?" Aoi asked, a worried expression on her face. "She didn't show up for breakfast or this announcement.."

Nobody answered, though there was a pressing aura in the room that clearly showed what everyone was thinking.

"We must search for her," Kyoko declared, turning toward the gym doors as the class followed her.

Byakuya shoved past her, aiming to head toward the second floor stairs.

"Shouldn't we check her room first?" Hiro asked the Ultimate Affluent Progeny, who kept on walking as if he were on a mission.

"We were together last night.." Byakuya murmured, grumbling when his classmates began to walk beside him. "Y/N went back to get her handbook from the library and told me to go without her.. I didn't think--!"

He paused, a distinct look of interest and horror on his face as he traced the wall in front of the stairs.

There was a noticeable notch in the wallpaper, which looked as if something were stabbed into it. Kyoko shoved Byakuya aside, running her fingers over the notch in curiosity.

"Something sharp was thrown here," she hummed to herself. "It went through the wallpaper and the structural beaming.. There's a bit of blood too.."

Byakuya huffed in annoyance, continuing where he left off. Walking up the stairs, he noticed that some of the carpet was slightly torn and scratched. And when he turned the corner, his senses ran cold.
