While with Mason, I had gotten a text from Alyvia.

Hey Evelyn, Me and Tristan have some coupon for a double date at this fancy restaurant, do you and Mason wanna come with?

"Mason, you know that spare suit I always keep in my closet for you." He sits up. "Where are we going?" I get up and give him the suit. "We're going on a double date. Alyvia has a coupon for a fancy restaurant, Tristan and her are picking us up and I said we wouldn't be to long." Before he can object I push him into the bathroom, with the suit in hand.

"You better be ready soon cause I'm getting dressed!" I shout and I hear him grunt. I change into a blue dress, it comes to about halfway up my thighs. I touch up my hair by recurling the straight parts and putting in more hairspray. I put on some lipstick and lipgloss over the top and some heels.

Mason steps out minutes later in his suit. "Now was that so bad?" He rolls his eyes and we leave since Alyvia and Tristan are both here. We get int the car and Alyvia is wearing a sea-foam green jumpsuit, a similar colour to the dress she wore on chucky. Tristans wearing a navy suit as he drives.

"What exactly is this restaurant?" I ask them. "Umm I think it's called Bibs, yeah, it's called Bibs." She says reading the coupon in her hand. It takes about 20 minutes then we finally reach the restaurant.

We walk inside and it looks luxurious, the place is almost packed. If Tristan hadn't booked in advance I doubt we would've gotten a table. We're seated by a boy who looks our age. "Hi I'm Josh and I'll be your server today, have you been here before?" He asks us, he seems fake enthusiastic, like he's acting.

"No, but I did go to the sister restaurant Corrigan's." Alyvia says and we all say we've never been. "Oh yeah my brother opened that a couple years after Bibs I believe, anyways side tracking, do you guys know what you'd like to order?" He seems more relaxed now, like he's talking to his friends.

"Yeah, I heard your burgers are off the charts, can I have one of those?" Mason says to him, he then turns to me. "Oh umm same thing please, just without the cheese if that's okay with you, tell the chef sorry if he can't." I say apologetically to him. I know me being a picky eater means that it's extra work for the chef Sonia try to eat what's on the menu as close as possible.

"Oh no it's fine! I think he just put a non cheese burger on the menu." He writes it down on his notepad. "Can I have spaghetti please." Tristan asks him. "Same here please." Alyvia says with a smile and then the boy leaves with our orders. "He seems nice." Just then a girl with red hair, she looks in her late 20's comes in with a pram.

The baby starts crying and she's dropped something on the floor. I rush over to help her pick up some of the papers and toys that she's dropped. "Thank you, sorry for causing a fuss." She says, he voice sounding as sweet as her appearance. "It was my pleasure, you needed help."

"You're too kind, she usually isn't as fussy but I think her teeth are coming in?" I look at the baby in her hands who's now calmed down. "She's so adorable, what's her name?" Her eyes light up after I've asked the question. "Her names Everson." The baby babbles and reaches out towards me. "She seems to like you, would you mind holding her while I finish getting things organised?" I oblige and take the baby out of her hands.
