2 weeks after the fall.
There was a gathering at the Rose House hold. Many people were there, sad and depressed. It was for a funeral of one of their friends. Tai, Qrow, Ruby, Yang, Jaune, Ren, Nora, Washington, Carolina, Kiriko, Daigoro and Selena were there as the funeral began.
Tai: (Y/N) was like a son to me. He was great fun to be around and brought a smile to everyones faces. I just wish he had more time.
He spoke holding back tears and let Daigoro say his bit.
Daigoro: (Y/N) was my Grandson and I loved him dearly. I know he is resting easily now and is with his Mother and is also in a better place now. I only wish I could have protected him.
Daigoro walked down to the others as the Casket was lowered into the grave and it was buried.

The group gathered in the house and Selena, Washington and Carolina spoke to Ruby, Jaune, Ren, Nora and Yang.
Washington: Its hard to believe he's gone. He saved a whole load of lives.
Carolina: Yeah if it wasn't for him. We all would be dead.
Ruby: If he was hearing this he would probably say, "better me than youse, so live long lives".
Selena stood with her head down. She had felt responsible for his death.
Yang: Selena, are you OK.
Selena: Its just... I feel responsible. For (Y/N)'s death. If I was able to deal with Cleetus more effectively then I would have been able to stop or even help (Y/N) but I just ended up putting more pressure on him to save people.
Ren: It isn't your fault.
Ruby: Yeah. (Y/N) would have done that anyway. He was always a heroic person. I remember when we were in signal he once said. "I would die to protect my friends". Back then we thought he was joking but when we got to beacon he kept on risking everything and sticking true to his word.
The group stood in silence. Knowing that they couldn't have stopped him even if they tried.
A few hours passed as the group dispersed and Washington and Carolina were leaving.
Ruby: What are youse going to do now?
Carolina: General Ironwood is forcing us both back to Atlas.
Washington: So we might not see all of you in a while.
Selena: Be safe.
The pair walked off as Selena looked at Ruby.
Selena: I'm going to go to.
Ruby: Where to?
Selena: Menagerie, my family live there. They need to know I'm alright.
Ruby: Just be safe Selena. For (Y/N).
Selena had a small smile on her face as she spoke to Ruby.
Selena: I'll see you sometime in the future hopefully.
She walked off and into the distance.
10 months later
Beacon. A desolate place. Still riddled with corpses from the battle that had went through there many months ago. Grimm patrolled around the school. But a pile of rocks began moving as a hand burst out from underneath.
