Vale was encapsulated in fire as snow fell. The flood ran rampant throughout the city as they battled the banished. Tremors opened a massive cavern into Remnants core where the relic lay. The pathway there ignored gravity as the banished and flood moved towards the centre.
The Pelican flew into the pathway evading the ongoing battle against living and dead. The communicator activated as Rtas spoke.
Rtas: We are aboard. Humans, Faunus, Kitsune and Elites. Will you not come with us brother?
Arbiter: No. This is our fight... And I will see it finished.
The inner core looked unstable like it was trying to seal itself but being forced open at the same time.
Cortana: Johnson, do you have the frigate?
Johnson: Yes Ma'am. I'll land her as close as close to the relics room as I can.
Cortana: Safe is better than close, Sargent Major.
Johnson: Roger that.
The communicator deactivated as the Pelican got hit in an engine and crashed into the snow near where the relic was situated.

Ruby woke up slowly to see Yang, Blake, Weiss, Jaune, Ren, Nora and Qrow sitting around her looking at notes. She looked to one left at a table next to her and opened it.

The group began their walk up to where the relic was kept as gunfire was heard in the distance. The Banished and flood fought. Unaware of what was going to happen. You all reached the base of a facility where the relic was kept as Johnson's voice came over the radio.
Johnson: Chief, I'll meet you all at the top of the building.
The team walked up and met up with Johnson who held a spartan lazer.
Johnson: I guess this is it...

You placed your hand on the door and it opened. The room the relic was stored in was quiet different from the others. It floated in the metal room with control panels and rattling was heard as the team walked in.
