Everyone had left for the train station. You told them to go on ahead while you got ready. The hadn't seen your new equipment yet since you decided to keep it a secret.
Once you finished getting ready you left and reached the station where Qrow was posting a letter while the others were excited. Blake and Selena were saying goodbye to some of the Faunus while you walked up to Qrow.
(Y/N): Do you think he'll get it?
Qrow: Jeez kid don't sneak up on me like that. Also I see what you spent that Lien on. It suits you kid.
(Y/N): Thanks. But you didn't answer my question.
Qrow: I'm not sure if he will get it. Atlas sensors are probably stricter than ever now after the fall.
(Y/N): Yeah. I still don't think it's the best idea to trust the General.
Qrow: Ironwoods a little dense but like Oz says he's got a heart. Even if he doesn't show it.
You both started walking to the group.
(Y/N): Did Oz tell you about when I first met Ironwood?
Qrow: No he didn't.
(Y/N): Well Ironwood or "Tinstick" as I call him fought it was a good idea to get two of his guards to attack me. I guess the reason he didn't tell you was because he didn't want two of his lieutenants fighting over a kid.
Qrow: Well that definitely sounds like Ironwood and if Oz kept a secret like that, it was probably for the best.
Youse got there and saw them being harassed by two dudes.
Dudlee: Buut, for a generous tip we can make sure your passenger car gets extra special attention. Should things get Dangerous.
He winked at Ruby, Yang, Weiss and Nora as Qrow spoke up.
Qrow: Yeah I got a tip for ya.
They both looked at him confused.
Qrow: Buzz off.
(Y/N): It looks like Mistrals scrapping the bottom of the barrel these days.
Ruby and Yang started making faces at them.
Dee: Hey! Your talking to a-
Qrow: To a professional Huntsman, right.
(Y/N): It seems like one of you schmucks left the caboose staff entrance open. Wouldn't it be a shame if you both got fired?
They both looked back.
Dudlee: I-I didn't do it!
Dee: Come on Dumby...
They both walked off.
Oscar: You know the burden of saving the world feels overwhelming but then people like them come along and-
(Y/N): Make me happy that it's up to us to do it.
Everyone nodded in agreement.
Qrow: So you kids ready to go? Bike all loaded up?
Yang: Yep.
Weiss: Just waiting on Blake and Selena as usual.
You all sat there in silence until Ruby spoke up.
Ruby: So (Y/N). You didn't tell us about the new Armor and equipment.
She was clearly holding back her excitement from seeing it.
(Y/N): Yeah. I never knew I had to tell youse about it.
Yang: Well I think we would like to know.
You saw the two Huntsmen from earlier harrasing some more people so you pointed your Grappleshot at the staff entrance to the Caboose and used it to open it again with a loud fud causing the two to return and shut it again. You looked back at the group who looked surprised.
Weiss: What was that?
(Y/N): A grapple hook.
Ruby: Its awesome!
After that happened Selena and Blake returned.
Qrow: Alright let's go.
They all left as Selena spoke to you.
Selena: The new Armor suits you.
(Y/N): Thanks. I see you got my shoulder pads after I died.
Selena: Oh right I guess you want them back.
(Y/N): No keep them. Besides they suit you. Now we should get going.
Youse boarded the train but you got the feeling that you were being watched.
Timeskip
You and Selena were sitting in one of the trains rooms. She was lying down trying to sleep while you just inspected your helmet.
You overheard Blake and Yang talk until you felt the train rumble and people running past. You got up and looked out the window and saw grimm flying.
Selena: What is it the banished?
(Y/N): No. Not as bad. Griffin's.
You and Selena got your weapons and met up with the others.
Qrow: Up top. Come on.
You all exited and left for the roof and when youse got on it youse saw one of the Huntsmen being grabbed by a Griffin and flown to his death.
Yang: Whats the plan Ruby?
Ruby: Don't let anyone else die.
(Y/N): Yeah. No shit sherlock.
You raised your Ravager and began to swat Griffins out of the sky while the other 6 rushed in. Dudlee ran past you and activated the turrets which lured more Grimm there.
Another Griffin landed on you and tried to bite into your neck but you held its mouth open and broke its jaw causing it to retreat. You got up and saw Oscar trying to convince Dudlee to turn off the turrets while the rest of the Grimm retreated as well.
Oscar: TUNNEL!
Instead of risking getting hit by the tunnel you layed down again while the train went through it.
As the train exited the tunnel you stood up and switched your Ravager out for you assault rifle and the turrets deactivated.
You saw Team RWBY, Qrow, Oscar and Selena return to the roof.
Selena: (Y/N)! Over here!
You ran towards them as Blake detached the final few train carriages as the Griffin's returned and you ran up to the big one witch attacked Oscar.
It nearly knocked him off as you jumped on its back and shot it in the head causing it to begin to fall. Before you fell to your death with it you used your Grappleshot to get back onto the carriage with Oscar.
Oscar: Thanks (Y/N) I owe you.
(Y/N): You don't owe me anything. Besides you called out that tunnel. If it weren't for you I would have died. Again.
As you said this you saw Ruby and Qrow kill the massive Griffin as it shot a fireball at the track and destroying it. You knew what was going to happen next so you ran to Selena and tackled her to the ground and braced you both for impact as the train crashed.
You all got up unscathed and you were annoyed.
Qrow: Is everyone alright?
(Y/N): Yep. But this is the last time I'm riding a train with any of youse ever again. They always crash.
Selena: Amen
?: Still alive!
You all looked at the wreck and saw an old lady walk out.
?: That sure was a close one huh?
