A Little new

"Tantrum Babu"

Kicking the kalash, colouring her feet with the alta and printing the floor of the ancient haveli with her little feets, her footprints were looking like goddess laxmi's.The first print of her hands and legs were captured. Wall had got turmeric and floor had got alta of her.

Trilochan was reminiscing about his subhra behen. Bondita was just looking like her .but younger ..no no a little more younger than her. She was reaching just up to anirudh's waist. He was feeling like, he was seeing the same thing again. Just the contrast was that the haveli was little changed and the faces were not identical. But the one thing he had not accepted to himself also that bondita was looking a child of six more than a bahu.

Interrupting his thoughts, his not so naughty nephews called him or to say screamed in his ears when their uncle had not heard them calling him, and som said,  "Kaka,Dada and boudi are  standing here for ten minutes. Where are you lost? " snapping at him, he said, " Nothing, I am just feeling little tired. " turning to his bahu and eldest nephew. he said, " You both come with me and take blessing of the durga maa. You both brats also. "saying this he turned and they followed him.

After taking the blessing of durga maa, som and batuk left. " Rest of the rituals will be done tomorrow. Now go and rest. And koyeli will help you. And if you need something , you can ask her . I will send food for you both.From tomorrow you have to do the puja. Wake up  early bahu. " telling them he walked away.

Reaching towards her room .Her room. She had not thought ever she could have room of her own again.The room was big,  big enough for five to six person.

Entering the room, she can't believe on her own eyes. But knowing her place , she didn't speak anything whereas anirudh had taken a place on the elite sofa of his room .

"Choti malkin, your sarees are in the wardrobe. You can change. I will bring both of your food." Koyeli said and left. Seeing her enlarged eyes ,𝔞𝔪𝔲𝔰𝔢𝔫𝔢𝔰𝔰 was sparkling from her eyes.Her small figure clad in a saree, was bringing out her innocence . She was too small . Small to be there. She had known that her new malkin or only malkin is young. But she had not thought her to be so young. Young to be his daughter.

Knowing her place, So she helped  her Malkin to understand the working of the bathroom when she return to the room to bring them their food. And left.

A lady like maa. Dressed up like her. Helped me to the bathroom when she saw me still standing there. Maybe she understand that i didn't understand the working of their angrezi bathroom. After changing in the soft saree , I was feeling like heaven. Like a princess. There was  so much on me. like Dugga maa.

Pati babu has also changed, and was sitting on the sofa playing with a bullock-cart. Oh, ho. How can he play when the mouth watering food are present in front of him. Nevertheless, I asked him to eat.

"Patibabu ,you can play later for now eat something."  Maa had told me, make your husband eat first. See him, he is playing. I am hungry.

"Not now Patni, I will eat later. I want to play. " Anirudh said engrossed in playing with his car.

"What eat later, you want to with owls. And what did you call me patni. I am Bondita. B-o-n-d-i-t-a. "Said bondita. Keeping her both hands on her waist. Standing in a dominating way, but looking like a cute teddy. And this caught our anirudh babu attention why can't he call his patni, patni.

" Oh Dumb patni, you are my patni, na. So I will call you patni na. Idiot. "Said anirudh. What is she saying , she is my wife. So I will call her that. So being generous I explained her. I think she understood me.

" If you call me patni. Then everyone will call me patni na.You want that everyone will call me their wife."  Anirudh nodded no." So call me  bondita. And eat now. " said bondita in a serious way. As if she was explaining a plan to win a country. Giving expressions, while moving her hands.

"Oh, No ,No you are my patni only. Only anirudh wife. Anirudh's bride.I will call you bondita.So no one can call you patni.Ok about eating. I am tired.My hands are paining. I can't eat now." said anirudh. Really tensed that someone will call her patni. How can he accept it. So he compromised. He can call her bondita. And the pout on his face, makes him so cute that no one can control to take a pic in his mind.

" Don't worry, Pati babu. I am here . I will make u eat. " Oh, Dugga maa ! What a pati babu! You had gifted me. With a bundle of tantrums. Now I have to make him eat. His hand are not paining to play but to eat. Tantrum babu.

"Ok, Bondita. "Said anirudh. Finally placing his car to rest and turning towards her who had taken a place beside him on the couch which in turn bondita was sitting in a criss cross way and placing the plate on her lap turning towards him. She was making him eat with her hands.

Who said that I will eat later has almost completed the plate . Glancing at her stomach she muttered, " For now adjust with it. "And feed him last bite. And wiping his mouth with her hands tenderly . Placed the plate outside the door closing it. She returned.

Finding his mouth with drops of water, he wiped with her pallu who had taken a seat on the bed himself sitting beside her. To which she just shaked her head and lay beside him who now also had placed his head on the pillow. There was almost a hand distance between them. Both are turned towards each other.

Moments later, when he find that she had slept. He forwarded his hands to her hand which has dangling bangles shining in his view. Subsiding the bangles side by side, rotating it . Sleep engulfed him.

She had taken a bath. Was wiping her hairs when she heard a knock, opening it she sees koyeli didi. Yesterday kakasasurji has introduced her.With boxes in her hand.

" Choti malkin, Malik has send this to you to wear it in the arti and bashi biye rasam. "Said koyeli. She had came to wake her up . Knowing that she had slept after midnight and must have waken up before five.

She nodded. And was going to change in the bathroom. When she sensed that koyeli didi was going to follow her, "Koyeli didi, please wait here. I will  change in ten minutes in bathroom. "

Finding her choti malkin wearing kamarband on her neck she quickly stopped her, " Malkin, it is weared on kamar not on neck."Malkin it is wore in toes not on.. "

"Sada suhagan raho, bahu" Said Trilochan . Wishing to god. With her arrival  happiness may bless this house. "Koyeli , you see the work in kitchen. Villagers may arrive soon. Bihari , go wake up ,those three idiots. Today is bahu's first aarti and rasoi. " After that trilochan was teaching her house rules what should be done or not. Making preparation for the puja in the mandir with bondita.

" Anirudh and Bondita bahu,now start the aarti." said trilochan. After it as instructed by her maa and kakasasurji. She give them aarti and prashad . And then bend to take everyone's blessing.As copying his kaka he also blessed her saying " Sada suhagan raho. " He said it as if someone was taking his oral test.

When she bend to somnath dada aashirvaad  " Bahu what are you doing he is your devar. You are elder in relation with him." Said trilochan.

" kakasasurji, so he and batuk have to take my aashirvaad. "Said bondita. Understanding the theory.
"Bahu, both of you're devars are elder to you. So it is not appropriate to take your aashirvaad. " Said trilochan. When bihari informed him of villagers have arrived so he left to take care of it.

"Bahuraniji, whoever finds it  the ring most of the times in three round will the dominant one in the relationship." Said a lady dropping the ring in milk contained container in front of them.

Both of them are really excited to play. Ring dropped. And both of them dipped their finger and it comes in first round in bondita hand. Triumph was showing on her face. Anirudh sadly pouted.

A villager lady said., " It seems that bahuraniji will tie chote malik with her pallu. "And more. Two more rounds started and ended. " Chote malik has changed the dice in his favor"

If someone had seen the battle under the water.
It was so pure fighting. They were fighting like a child.
I think they were one. One was from mind and another was body.
