Childe got smarted from the last time we met. "I'll try setting you guys up" those words were making me so.. happy, but I had to stay concentrated and finish the papers about the traveller's informations. I just needed a couple more infos and then I could finally make Childe send it to the Harbingers.
"I'M FINALLY DONE" I screamed smashing the papers on the table "WOOO NICE JOB" Childe yelled giving me a high-five
"What" Scaramouche said getting in the office "She ended her thingy about Aether" Childe explained "oh ok" he replied
"I LITERALLY SPENT 20 HOURS ON THIS AND ALL YOU CAN SAY IS OK??" I said as Childe enjoyed the scene laughing "Usually, Fatui Agents spend a week doing something like that" he said "That's exactly why you should be proud!" I stated "No, this means that you didn't pay too much attention and was just too lazy to check it again that's all" he said
"Scara you shouldn't have said that.. (name) can get easily offended you know" Childe said "What do you want me to say then? Nice job?" He asked "Yea" I said looking away "Then.. nice job I guess.." he said putting his hand on my shoulder "I'LL TAKE A PICTURE WAIT" Childe yelled taking a kamera. He took it and then run off. "I'M GOING TO PIN IT TO THE WALL OF YOUR BEDROOM" he said
"Shouldn't you two be like.. formal?" I asked Scaramouche "Technically yes, but no one actually cares and I should be formal also with you to be precise" he said
After some minutes Childe came back. "This night we're having dinner at one of the fanciest restaurants of Lyue because yes. And (name), I'm lazy so I won't pay for you" he said "Then I'm not coming" I said crossing my arms as a little child "I'm not going either I'm too tired and it would be too much to handle all your bullshit by my self" Scaramouche said
Damn Childe is smart after all "Seriously?! Then I'm going with Zhongli and leave you here byeeeee" he said going away "Let's act like we are sad when he comes back" I said smirking "Fine" he said
"What do you wanna do?" He asked "Uhh I don't know" "Then I have a question, do you like Childe? You guys seem pretty close" "WHAT EW NO" I said "I see him more as a brother more than a possible boyfriend" I explained "Makes sense" he said
"I don't like standing up here we can both go to the garden or living room" I said dragging him out. "Maybe the garden" he said, as I remembered the dream "Sure" I said with a warm smile Childe had a huge garden with trees, flowers and you know garden stuff for rich people
I sat down on the grass and Scaramouche did the same "Do you like flowers" I asked picking up one "Not at all" he answered. Yea after all it was just a dream. I took all the courage I had and placed the flower right on his ear. He blushed like crazy as I tried to keep a straight face.
"Actually I don't hate flowers at all.. he said looking in the opposite direction as I smiled. He was so pretty
"I'm getting tired I'll go to bed" he said after we ate dinner "I'll wait here for Childe" I said "Last time I came here he brought that guy Zhongli over.. I suggest you to avoid them" he explained
"You know what? I guess you're right" I said as we got in the bedroom
I threw my self on the bed since we both already changed in comfy clothes and got under the blankets. That night nothing happened, we were really tired for some reason.
The next day I gave to Childe the infos' paper and he sent it to one harbinger I don't remember the name of. "Childe the lantern rite will be soon right?" I asked him "Oh you're right! I almost forgot. We should go!" he said "No" Scaramouche said
"Scaraaaa it is so cool! Please comeee" I said taking his hand "I don't know.." he muttered under his breath.
