Everything is back to normal and Tom and Maddie are fixing their house from the attack a couple of days before."You got enough there?" Tom asked. "Yes, Mr. Manager." Maddie answered."Need any more?" Tom playfully sticks the roller brush in front of Maddie. "You get that away!" She laughs.Suddenly, a knock at the front door.They both walked to the door. Tom answers it to find Commander Walters on the doorstep."Mr. and Mrs. Wachowski?" He asked.
"Yes?" Tom answered.Commander Walters reaches into his coat and hands them an envelope."A token of appreciation for your government for keeping quiet about recent incidents which never occurred." Tom takes the envelope."Wow! Wonder what it is." Tom said."Money to fix the house?" Maddie asked."Letter from the president?" Tom asked. "You'll see." Commander Walters said. "Okay" Tom opens the envelope, revealing a $50 gift card to Olive Garden from Uncle Sam.
"Olive Garden." Maddie said disappointedly. "Yeah, heh. The way you said "You'll see" made me think it was something better than the things we said." Tom said."Have you tried their Never Ending Pasta Bowl? It never ends!" Commander Walters suggested.
"That sounds... fancy." Tom said."Mm-hmm. Well, thank you. We appreciate the gesture." Maddie said."Oh, hey. I guess we can close the file on that Robotnik guy, huh? Just disappeared." Tom said just before the Commander was about to leave."I'm sorry, but no such person exists or ever has existed." He said. " I wish that were true." Tom said.
"You haven't, by any chance, been in contact with two alien creatures since the incident, have you? Uncle Sam would love to have a chat with them. Very casual. Brunch, perhaps." The Commander said.
"Oh, you mean the little blue guys? No. No, nothing. No." Tom lied. "Mm-mmm." Maddie nods her head."Doubt we'll ever hear from them again." Tom said. "Very well." The Commander said.
"Okay. Thank you." Tom said."Great." Maddie said.Commander Walters glances inside the house but Tom slowly closes the door. "Yep." Tom said.Commander Walters tries to peek inside a little more, but Tom fully closed the door. "To be honest, I'm pretty pumped about the pasta bowl." Tom said. Him and Maddie walked into the living room and Sonic and Stormi pokes their heads from behind the couch.
"So, do you guys wanna watch a movie or what?" Stormi asked. "Sorry, guys. It's a school night. It's time for you both to go back to your cave." Maddie said
"What?!" Sonic jumps from behind the couch and next to Ozzy. So does Stormi. "It's 3:00 in the afternoon!"
"You both know how you get when you're tired. Come on." Tom said. "Us? We're not like anything. Ugh, you guys are so uncool!" Sonic groans. "Yeah, yeah, we know." Tom jokes.Sonic and Stormi starts making their way to the front door. "Hey, where you guys going?" Tom asked. "You said we have to go back to our cave." Stormi said. "We did." Tom and Maddie smile. The four of them went up stairs. Tom opens the hatch to the attic and they let Sonic go in first then Stormi. Their eyes widened as they look around the attic, all their stuff from the cave in the woods.
"Oh, my-- Are you kidding me? I can't believe it. How did you-- It's-- it's all here." Sonic exclaimed. "Wow!" Stormi zips to her side of the room which is filled with posters of superheroes. There were sketchbooks and toys.

On her Bed was her teddy bear. She zipped up the ladder and hugs the bear.
Tom and Maddie climb up as well and Sonic starts zipping around his possessions and furniture. They see Stormi looking around very excitedly. "Look at this! Are you kidding?! And the beanbag?! No way! How did you even get this?! And you got it all the way over--" Sonic said zipping around. He laughs and does a dance on his bed which is a race car. "We love it, We love it, We love it,We love it!" The siblings said. Sonic lays down and then sits up as Tom and Maddie and Stormi sit next to him."Well, welcome home." Maddie said hugging Stormi. "Thank you, so much." Sonic said. "This is amazing! Thank you!" Stormi said.
Ozzy walks up the attic stairs and starts barking. Oh, no, you don't! No third-best animal friends allowed in our room." Sonic said. Ozzy barks again. "Wait, what are you doing? Stay away from me! Stop it! I'm warning you, I've got nunchucks!" Ozzy starts to lick him."Hey, stop! Okay, you can stay!"
