PARALYZED: Us Against The World

Author's note - Random thoughts.

So ehmm hi,

Well this isn't another chapter of the whole book, lol it's just me sharing my thoughts and what I'm feeling at the moment.

Just a quick disclaimer, there's no actual plan to what I'm writing, so ehmm, just take everything the way you see it.

Lately I've been finding it had to write down anything. Maybe its kinda because I've spent much time developing a character to look so real that I don't actually know what else to write about her.

You know it's kinda nice to write about  someone so fictitious that it's unbelievable that she even fake and just someone imagine from ones mere thought.

Honestly it's been fun you know (all 33 chapters of ups and downs). Its not like I'm at the end of the whole book you know, but I think I'm at the reflective point of the whole thing. The point where I get to sit back (but I'm not actually sitting. I laying down on the floor), reflect on how far the whole thing has been.

I started the whole journey of writing with no actual plan (lol). No road map. Just a random idea to write something fun to kill boredom; now it's like magic.

You know, I'm not an actual fan of magic but the funny thing about it is that once it hits you, you want more. I think it's actually same principle applicable to writing. Once the idea hits you, you can't stop writing. All you just do is you keep writing and writing, until the writers block hits you (lol).

I actually owe a large sense of gratitude to See_See143 for helping me in the character development phase of Nimi. It's funny but it was a mere five minutes conversation about how do girls talk that helped in evolving the character. I think it was around chapter 6 or 7 where she dm me and I had nothing in mind to talk about so I asked about 'girls.' It's weird and funny. Just don't too think about it.(-_-;)・・・

So, this past few weeks I've been reading this book 'The mystic of the feeble' by Blue101Art though the author is so well known like everyone else around here but honestly she great. I like the writing style, the sense of humor and everything else that comes with it.

I had to do that quick diversion to applaud that author. You know, sometimes the best thing you can do for someone is share their work with others so that's actually what I did there.

It felt like advertising, what I did back there. I kinda feel I didn't do it right, yeah.  Anyways I know I'm bad at sharing other people's work with others. Honestly (٥↼_↼).

Anyways, for the next chapters to come, I ain't gonna be starting Nimi as the speaker. I intend to start the talking from someone else and then maybe work the way back to her.

I feel a change in the narrator would help in my work flow. After all, she needs a break, honestly. It ain't easy talking for thirty three chapters all by herself.

Just see it as she's taking a break from everything, like going on a minny vacation to rethink how to talk. Maybe I'll give her an epic come back.

I'm not gonna be sharing who the new speaker is but you already know who it is.

He has so much potential I want to tap into. I want to give you a glimpse of his world.
