Gabriel's stony face searched through the crowd.
A grin took over my face, "Gabriel!"
He turned to watch me weaving haphazardly through the crowd.
I slipped between the last few people and crashed into him flinging my arms around his neck.
I brought his ear to my mouth and yelled, "I thought you guys weren't coming?"
Gabriels body shivered in my arms, "you really don't have to yell." His breath caressed my neck. His arms wound around my waist pressing me to him.
"What? Where is Chloe?" I balanced on my toes as I searched the crowd for my sister. Gabriel's hands held my waist keeping me steady while his eyes trailed down my chest.
He groaned as I stretched wriggling around his body.
I was tugged down and into his chest.
"What the fuck are you doing?" his words were muffled by him nuzzling his face into my neck. He ran his nose along the ridge of my throat.
I moaned softly as his fingers traced patterns on the skin of my waist.
Someone tapped my shoulder, and I squeaked in surprise. I tried to turn to face whoever it was, but the hands on my waist clamped down.
I laughed and slapped Gabriel's hand lightly. His grip relaxed.
I spun and jumped, flinging my arms around Shane's shoulders.
"I thought you were going to get drinks?" He yelled into my ear.
"I did, sorry, I got distracted." I laughed.
"Who is this?" Shane wrapped me in his arms.
"My name is Gabriel." Somehow his voice projected over the music.
"He's my sister's boyfriend!" I yelled into Shane's ear.
Shane's arms relaxed around my waist.
"Oh, where is your sister? I would love to meet her."
Gabe's expression was ridged, "She couldn't make it. She has a lot of work to do tonight."
Incredulous Shane asked, "So, what you're just going to party with you girlfriend's little sister?"
Gabriel raised an eyebrow mockingly, "Actually Chloe asked me to look out for her. Obviously, you weren't aware of her car crash?"
"You were in a car accident?" Shane turned to me concern open on his face.
"Well-" I started.
"Yes, she was. Clearly, Chloe was right. You are drunk, you aren't wearing a shirt and the people you are with don't even know how to look after you." Gabriel's stare was unblinking.
I glared at him, "Gabe, it's not that big a deal. I'm fine. I really don't need you to watch me here. I have friends with me in case anything happens."
"Artemis, he's right. We didn't know anything about this. I don't know what to watch for." anger flashed on Shane's face before his concern took over his expression again.
Gabriel strolled closer to me, "Let's close this up." His hands gripped the bottom of my shirt.
As he buttoned up my shirt his fingers stroked my skin. His touch overwhelmed me. The slow movements of his warm hands got closer and closer to my breasts.
Gabriel's face was still cold as he paused just above my breasts.
My skin was on fire, probably because of the alcohol, but anger was swarming in my body. This show of power was dramatic and unnecessary.
