“Hurry up Spence!!! We are gonna miss our flight!!!” yelled Lydia.

“Flight 77 to London, England is now boarding” boomed the intercom.

Me and Lydia were sprinting towards the gate. Legit. “I should’ve done track in high school” I muttered to myself.

We were finally leaving. Hopefully no more running or hiding from my past. We finally made it to the gate in the nick of time. I got on the plane and found my seat. Lydia plopped down next to me still out of breath from that unexpected run. She sighed

“You okay?”

I nodded “Yeah.. hopefully”

I plugged in my beat headphones and fell into a restless sleep.

I woke up to someone nudging me frantically. I jolted awake and looked into a wide eyed Lydia.

“What’s going on?” I grumbled “I’m hungry”

“You were like thrashing and whimpering so I woke you up..” Lydia  said “and your always hungry” she added chuckling.

“Thanks for waking me up” I said “Umm… can I have some chips please and a sprite?” I asked the lady as she walked by. She nodded and hurried off to get our food.

“How many more hours?” I asked

“2 hrs left then we will be in London, England!!!” squealed Lydia.

I laughed “You know you are going there for school? Right” I asked her

“Yeah and you” she said pointing at me “are going to work for the biggest boy-band ever!!”

I smiled “yes I am…. I just can’t believe we are actually going!” I squealed

“I know!! Hopefully I can meet some hot British boys at the UNI” she said

I playfully punched her “ you would be the one too” I said smiling

“hey so you got a problem?” she said giggling

“Nope.. hopefully I meet someone to” I said sighing

“Don’t worry you will” she said rubbing my shoulder sympathetically. I shot her a sad smile and hugged her.

“It’ll all be okay.. okay?” Lydia said. I nodded and pulled back.

I opened up my laptop and went on twitter:
