After a grueling few minutes of Argyle being high off his mind and wanting every snack possible but not having enough money and Johnathon trying to help. And getting everyone into the van again they were back on the road. He didn't know who this Suzie was but if he could help find Jane again he was willing to help.
" I can't feel my butt." Will says.
"Okay, everyone on their best behavior." Jonathan reprimands. Looking at Boris and Argyle.
"Why were you looking at me while saying that?" Argyle says.
"Because they are, like, super religious." Johnathon snaps back.
"I'm into all that spiritual stuff too." Argyle tries to defend himself.
They made it, it was a normal looking two story house. When they knocked they were greeted with a screaming four year old dressed up as a native American.
He shot Mike in the face with a fake arrow.
They kept walking through the house looking for Suzie. Then they found a girl picking up the boy that was dressed like a native american.
She looked like she owned the place.
"Who are you guys?" She asks
"Uh, we're looking for Suzie?" Will says.
She leads them to Suzie's room "and give her a push for me would you?"
Argyle decided to stay out there with 'Edin'. When they opened the door they found nothing. No girl in sight, just an open window, Which they ran to. Then they looked up and saw Suzie. " 'Give her a push for me?' " Will quote out loud.
"Who are you guys and what are you doing in my room?" Suzie yells off the roof.
"We're friends of Dustin's! We need some help with something!" The mention of the name Dustin seemed to catch her attention.
She got down pretty quickly. "Who are you and what's wrong with dusty-bun?"
"We are friends of dustin." Then lie a bit saying it's for Dustin's birthday and that they needed an address for a contest.
Surprisingly she agrees and after an elaborate plan to get her to a computer worked they went out to find Eden and argyle smoking.
(He wanted to join.) But they quickly got them out to start driving again. They started animatedly talking about everything they could, otherwise it was silent.
The silence was awkward.
Mike was the first to fall asleep, then Will fell, then he did, the two in the back, tangled. Leaving Argyle and Johnathon to get to Nina.
(Jonathon's sort of view)
We had some weird fights, "maybe Nina is a young woman hiding behind a tree. Nina's a lady's name." Argyle says very obviously high.
Then we made it. And there was a helicopter on the ground and he seemed to find 'papa' on the floor talking to El. Gunshots in his torso.
El was very happy to see them. And so were they.
"Mike!"
"El!" They hugged and had a small make out session.
"Will!"
"El!" Will ran over to hug her pulling her into a tight one. "You missed us?"
"Definitely." She says "though I did get to see where Papa went and look!" She lifts a small can that was littered on the side of the road.
"You got them back!" Will gets a hum and a smile back.
"Oh." She sees Boris "does he know?"
"Oh yes after you get arrested and got home he said 'fuck it' and told me everything. Jane." He chirps up.
"Oh good I don't have to explain everything because we don't have the time we have to make it to Hawkins now." El says, sounding now stressed.
"But that's twelve hours away. And when do we have to be there?" Johnathan asks.
"Tonight. Or they might all die." El says, causing Mike to say "But all our friends and my family's there?"
"Exactly which is why we get there now or I can go there with a salt bath and look for them in the space." She pronounces.
"Where are we going to find a tub and tons of salt?" Will speaks up
"I know exactly where brochachos" Argyle says.
