Unexpected

Jail?

They woke up to an alarm that Will forgot to turn off so they started getting ready for the day Boris grabbed some-what fresh clothes. Will was this close to throwing it all in the washer. Or burning them. Either one was fine.

"What should I wear?" " Wear this!" It was Boris' shirt.

"Boris you wore that two days ago." "Yes but like have peice of me with you." Boris says

And Will got some clean pants, the shirt and a towel to get into the shower. It smells like him, he smells like him. Once he was done Johnathan was downstairs eating cereal. Then they heard the doorbell.

"I bet ten dollars mom forgot something " Will bets."I'm not taking that bet." Johnathon answers it.

It's the police, they can't hear anything. Jonathon starts getting defensive. Will starts squeezing his boyfriend's hand. That's when El and Mike come in asking what's going on.

The policemen say "Jane Hopper you under arrest for battery and assault." They started to cuff her. "Wait, where are you taking her!" They dragged her away, her giving up.

She was always wary of the adults around her. Every adult in her life had to earn her trust. She's been getting better but she still just follows blindly to seniority. He wants her to fight back and try to run. But he knew she didn't have it in her, not after the day they had yesterday and 'the last time' she says every time he tells her to.

Mike was running out the door telling her "I'm gonna get you out." As they dragged her away he was following her and then she got into the car he started to talk to her through the window until they drove off too fast for him to follow. Will is now squeezing the life out of his boyfriend's hand crying.

"Where is she?" Johnathan asks the clerk at the front desk. "Are you her guardian or parent?" She asks "no! She's our adoptive sister. Our mom is out of state for work" he says clearly fuming.

"And a father?" The clerk says. "Our dad divorced and hers is dead so yeah no father."

"Unless you are a guardian or parent you can not see her and she is going to a juvenile detention center at the moment."

"Jail?" Will yells, slamming his hands on the desk. "Not jail, just a juvenile detention" "so jail." Boris and Mike were in the back, scared by the brothers who were chewing out the desk clerk.

Mike is scared by the brothers assertiveness and how much they are yelling.

They find a lady on the way out saying the girl is safe and a doctor has her awakening her powers.

They are now back at the Byers household all in their respective rooms and Johnathon trying frantically to call their mom. Two policemen looking guys in their living room.

"You want to smoke?" Boris says, passing him a cigarette. "Why not?" He says, lighting it. And taking long drags Mike walks in on them laughing sort of hugging cigarettes in hands about to put them back in for another drag. "you guys smoke?" Mike asks dumb founded by seeing Will with a cigarette in hand.
