Phil's POV
I woke up the next morning, hearing Joel and Tess talking, got up and went to them
"Good morning guys, what's going on?" I asked yawning
"Good morning, nothing much" Tess replied
"Nothing in particular? Come on Tess and tell them, it won't eat you up!" Said Joel
Tess looked at Joel and then at me
"Well we were talking about an exchange we should make with some customers"
"Um interesting, let's hear it"
"We should deliver some goods and in return we will receive some weapons, that's all"
"So you two are smugglers? I mean, there's nothing wrong with that"
"Well if you want to put it that way: yes, we are smugglers"
"Cool!"
"We're supposed to go out soon, but we didn't know if you wanted to come, are you in?"
"You bet, no problem!"
"Well then we better go now"
Tess went out first while Joel and I went out next
"So where exactly are we going?" I asked
"Tess knows everything, you better ask her" Joel replied
"Okay"
"Tess, where are we going?"
Tess looked again at Joel
"Do I have to tell him that too?" He asked
"Sure, he's part of the team now!" Joel replied
Tess turned to me and said
"We are going to see a guy named Robert, he will have the weapons"
"Robert huh?"
"That's right"
They told me a little more about what the exchange would be, and word by word we got to what they said was Robert's area
"Robert, are you in there?" Joel asked as he knocked
No answer, so we opened the door and went inside, found what must have been Robert
"Hey, is that you Robert?"
"Yes I am, who are you?"
"Joel, and this is Tess, we are here for the weapons"
"What weapons?"
"The one for the exchange"
"Oh there must be a mistake, you have to go to someone named Marlene"
"Marlene? Don't you have the weapons?"
"No, Marlene has them, she works for the Fireflies"
We left and started to head for Marlene's location. On the way, Tess and Joel were discussing making trades with the Fireflies
"A trade with the Fireflies? We'll get arrested!" Tess said
"Impossible" Joel replied
"You think so?"
"Look Tess, they are the ones doing business with smugglers, not us"
We arrived at a building, which Robert said was supposed to be Marlene's location, so we went inside.
