Phil's POV
We entered the building and looked for Marlene, not finding her immediately. We realized soon after that we had the wrong building, so we went into the one next door. We knocked on a door but no one opened, so we went in. We saw a woman who matched Robert's description
"Are you Marlene?" Joel asked
"Yes, who are you?"
"We are here for the weapons"
"Oh for the exchange huh?"
At one point a girl I thought I knew popped up, pointing a gun at us
"Get away from her!"
"Ellie quiet, I've been waiting for them"
As I heard her name, my heart began to pound, I couldn't believe it
"Williams?" I asked
"How do you know?" He answered
"I see you've learned to keep your weapon pointed at those you don't know" I said, taking off the hood that hid my face a bit
"Oh my God, is that you?" He said lowering his weapon and running to hug me
"Do you two guys know each other?" Joel asked
"Yes, we've always been friends, only we were lost" Ellie replied
"I missed that one" Said Joel laughing
Ellie's POV
While Marlene and the other two were talking about the exchange, I took Phil aside and we started talking
"Where the fuck have you been?" I asked
"As you said I was lost" He replied, chuckling
"I missed you so much" I said hugging him and with my eyes beginning to tear up
"You too" He replied resting his chin on my head
"So how does this exchange work?" He asked
"Well actually I don't know much, just that I should go with you"
"Really? That's great!" Phil replied
Then Joel, Tess, Phil and me headed out to the deal location

Phil's POV
We had just taken out some guards, and Tess picked up some kind of thermometer that showed whether you were infected or not, pointed it at Ellie, and her eyes widened
"Are we carrying an infected girl?"
"Wait, I can explain" Ellie began
"Well, make it quick, you have five seconds" Tess said, drawing her gun
"Look at this, it's from three weeks ago!" Ellie showed the bite on her arm
"No this is impossible, everyone transforms in 2 days, stop talking bullshit"
"You have to believe her, I was there that day too!" I replied putting myself between Ellie and Tess
A military truck then arrived, so I took Ellie by the arm and we started to run away. After losing the army, we arrived in the center of town
"What the fuck happened here?" Ellie asked
"I think they bombed everything" Joel replied
"Why would they do that?"
"To take out the infects"
"But then they killed civilians too, that's mass murder!"
"Well it worked though" Joel replied
