I stared at the screenshot of me and h/n's message. I wanted to cry. Why couldn't we go back to the good days, where me and h/n were still talking. Prom was yesterday it was fun ig.
I went with my two friends. As a ninth grader i didn't know what to execpt from that Saturday. But I kept a eye on H/n, why? because well I don't know.

It was a Friday evening, I was outside walking around the forest for a bit of fresh air until I saw her. Her dark brown hair flowing in the wind as she takes another step towards the edge. I stared for a while to make sure she didn't do anything stupid. I guess I spoke to soon.
She took a another step closer to the edge.
"Y/N STOP" I yelled as I was running towards her.
"h/n..?" I heard her say in a croaky voice
"Come here, you're safe now." I said while pulling her close to me.
I know doing this was wrong after leaving her. But I can't let her do that. I can't lose her.
"It hurts h/n..."
I held her close to my body and wrapped my arms around her. She wrapped her arms around my waist, she broke down in tears. Stood there thinking and regretting everything I've done to her. I knew she was suicidal. I was the reason she kept trying. Her held her even tighter, not saying a word. Letting her just cry into my chest. She needed help. I wanted to help her, but I couldn't because that's not my place. she let go of me and started walking away. I stood there in silence.

It's new years eve already? this year went by so fast. I turn 15 next year. Anyways I was staying at my fostermum's place, I enjoyed it but honestly I just wanted to go home. Turns out the only thing I had to do was get ready.
I slipped on a white and black dress. Put on some mascara and highlighter well then I was done. I sent a fit check to my friend Zane. He opened it right away, when he sent one back I opened it. I was shocked when I read ''Big Titts'' too this I laughed too He's quite funny. By the way turns out we are leaving at 10pm instead of 8pm.
I was bored so I sent him a text saying; "Im bored wanna hear some pick up lines". Oh boy I was excited when he said yes. He rated them as well as sharing his own pick up lines as well saving my ones in chat. It was all fun in games until he slid up to my story and sent me a picture of my friends story with the pick up line he sent me. Wouldn't exactly say that he was mad at me when I told him that I wrote it, I quickly reminded him that he had a girlfriend so nothing here gets taken out of context.

Finally 2023 feels like i've been waiting for 45 years wow. Last year of school as well then it's off too High school. I laughed at the thought of turning 16 this year. I really thought about this. All these year's and in four months I turn 16. wow.
I sat in my room when I got a text from my brother.
'I saw y/n today, I'm pretty much sure she was talking about you h/n' he wrote.
'what did she say?' I replied.
' she said that she loves you, and she's sorry'
'I forgive her, It wasn't her fault anyways'

'ig why not, when and where?'

She actually used my brother's phone to text me. The things she does, all the small things. I decided to text my brother to tell her that I can't come and hangout with her. After that I laid there in my room scrolling through tiktok while putting on my blue hoodie. Sometimes I wish that I didn't cut my hair, oh well.
( 3 hours go by)
Gosh it's like 4pm I sat up and stretched. With that I stood up and removed my hoodie, sat in my bed well actually what I meant is I was laying in my bed. Then I played some more on my phone and later fell asleep.

I've always admired y/n, but sometimes I don't understand her. I wish I could be her for a day and just see the world the way she does. I dropped her why? because she was ignoring me a lot and told me on new years that it was prank, she thought it was quite funny. However I didn't.
Don't know what she really expects me too do.

I kept walking off trying to stop myself from laughing.
However what they didn't know was that it was all a prank.
Later that day when I came home from school, I went on snapchat to see where y/n is on my bestfriends list. Only to see that she went down.

I opened her snap to her writing 'why were you ignoring me and Sarah at school?'
I replied by saying 'y/n: hello?? Lexi are you mad at us?! Sarah: We are right here?? Why are you ignoring us' then I added a 'haha it's was a prank'
she opened it and wrote back ' Lexi that wasn't funny, we thought we did something!'
I left her opened before replying with 'actually it was funny'
she replied with 'ok'
Why are they so mad? It was just a prank for goodness sake.
