Truth or dare

Author's note: very unsure of what to even say about this. My excuse: I was fangirling.

Soo, they all play truth or dare. :/

And btw... I don't really ship chalant that much, but I think they're kinda cute together. I like babsXdick better, personally, but that's just me.

"okay, explain why we're here?" Wally asks impatiently. The whole team had been called down to the training room on short notice. It was late, and Wally needed answers.

"jeez, baywatch." Artemis frowns. "shut up and let them talk for once."

Wally glares at her. "I didn't need your advice, thanks."

"stop it." batman growls, and not surprisingly everyone falls silent. "due to your recent mission failures, the league has decided upon something to help."

"which is?" Wally asks furiously.

Artemis punches him in the gut, making him gag. He shoots her a disgusted look, only to see her smirking and looking smug.

"the league wanted you all to stay at the cave for tonight, and 'socialize' with each other to improve teamwork." batman explains. "we realized that we kind-of threw you all together to form a team without anybody really knowing each other, with the exception of Wally, kaldur, and robin." Dead silence. Everyone looks around awkwardly, except Conner and M'gann.

"Soo... A sleepover?" M'gann asks curiously. Bats looks at her oddly. "I saw it on 'hello, megan!'" she adds after seeing everyone's confused faces at her knowledge.

"uhm... You could call it that." batman says in his monotone voice.

"hello, Megan!" M'gann giggles, facepalming. "this is so cool! We're going to have loads of fun, guys!" she grabs Conner around the neck and grabs robin's hand. Robin frowns, making Wally burst out laughing.

"I'll leave you to it, then." batman nods, stepping into the zeta transporter. Leaving the team looking around at each other awkwardly.

"well..." zatanna shrugs. "let's get this over with." she takes robin's hand (making him blush) and leads the team towards the tv room.

Wally speeds ahead of them and collapses on the couch. Kaldur sits next to him, and Artemis grouchily squeezes between them. M'gann floats in, and sits next to superboy on the other couch. Zatanna and robin sit on the floor reluctantly, with all the other spots taken.

"what are we even going to do?" Artemis growls, crossing her arms.

When nobody else answers, M'gann pipes up: "ooh! I know! Why don't we play truth or dare?"

Artemis groans. "seriously?"

"pardon, but nobody else seems to be complaining, Artemis. Do you perhaps have any other ideas?" kaldur asks politely, making Artemis roll her eyes.

"no," she frowns.

"okay, then it's settled," Wally grins, and Artemis elbows him. "who's first?" zatanna asks.

"wait- before we start, how do we play this game?" Conner interrupts.

"it's easy, Conner." rob says. "basically you ask someone to either do a dare that you come up with, or truthfully answer a question you ask them."

"oh" is all Conner says in return.

"yeah, yeah, now that's all explained-" zatanna says impatiently. "who's going first?"
